The location was great since we were flying out the next morning. An unexpected bonus was the offer of parking my car there for a small fee and having their shuttle take us directly to departures at the airport saving time and frustration of trying to find a parking space. The lots are usually packed.

My only negative comment would be that I think they must be using a product to clean the tile floor in the bathroom that leaves a residue. Had I been staying more than the one short night I would have requested housekeeping to mop the floor with something that didn't leave a sticky residue.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The boss lady of the cleaning crew does an exceptional job with her crew and make you feel like you are at home. Please pass this compliment on to her. She is a real boss for sure.

Convenient - close to airport. We’d had a long journey from London and just needed a comfy bed for the night ave a nice breakfast.

The Aircon unit was very noisy…and not very efficient! In the end we turned it off. Breakfast was a bit disappointing - hope got done fried egg and bacon to go with waffles but wasn’t an option.

We only stayed here because we had an early morning flight. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Proximity to the airport was terrific. Pricing was much better than other hotels in the vicinity. Left too early to partake in the the free breakfast, so can't comment if it's good or bad. Still, would recommend this hotel if needing to stay close to the airport.

Staff could have been more helpful. I arrived on your shuttle bus and no one offered or told me they could take my bags up to the room. I have a disability and it was very hard getting them up to the room. It was only that my friend said you should have a concierge so I asked and they said yes. I asked if they could take my bags for checkout and they said yes. Plus when I asked questions, some of your staff were dismissive and not helpful.

We felt very comfortable from the first encounter at the registration desk. The gentleman at the desk allowed us to check in early 11:00 am. This allowed us to get ready for the graduation we came to attend. The room was quiet, clean, with one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept in.... The breakfast was great as well as the pleasant dining area. Overall, it was a great experience & we will make sure to stay @ the Hampton Inn @ Pensacola airport again when we are in town!!😉🌹

Enjoyed the breakfast. Great location and not far from the hospital to see a family member and staff was willing to accommodate a late check out. Checking in was nice and easy and the staff member was very nice. Bed was great to sleep in.

There was a stain on the comforter but otherwise, things did seem clean.

Staff was very friendly, both at check in and check out. A little older than other Hampton Inn's we've stayed at. King bed was comfortable. Within walking distance to the airport, or free shuttle available.

No bedding for sofa bed in the room - we had to request it, and even then didn't get a full set.

Nice, clean and fresh; staff was very helpful.

Ended up with a beautiful room over looking the pool; but it was with a large family of kids squealing into the night. We had an early flight to catch so that didn’t work well.

Convenient to airport for early morning flight and the free shuttle to and from the airport. Also we parked our car at the Hampton for 17 days for only $30!!! A nice bonus as we did not have to airport park. The room was very clean.

All was good for a one night stay.
