It was simple as we love and my kids love playing outside hunting lizards and iguanas and the swimming pool was right out side and was super easy access!

Since we stayed more than a week I wish they had laundry machines to use. Other than that it was simply perfect!

The best location, I was able to walk to the beach anytime, just 1/2 a block from the hotel there is a street light, cross the street and there is the beach entrance, amazing.

It is an old hotel, I got a room on the second floor without elevator. I had to pay extra for parking

The staff was so amazing and accommodating! Never had a better experience at a hotel. Such wonderful souls and it was a pleasure to stay with them in Miami! The balcony in the room was awesome, we hung out there everyday! The room was much more spacious than we thought too. There are lots of cats on the property too which made us feel at home missing our kitties :) The location was perfect, not too busy and right across the street from the beach.

The walls were a little thin and the toilet made quite a running noise after we flushed it. The room could have used a mirror in the main spot for getting dressed/doing makeup but you know what, we had such a great time that it didn’t matter! The value was definitely there for the price.

Very close to a beautiful playground and beach entrance. Nice pool. What you’d expect for the cost.

On our 6th day there meaning we’d leave the next morning they demanded to clean our room or hold $100 on our card because “they did not know the shape of our room since we didn’t have them clean it”. After the front desk person said it was fine and no need the same man wouldn’t stop until we let him in our room. Which was fine btw. Just had a lot of personal items in it I didn’t want to have to pack up and leave the room with 2 kids for it to be cleaned.

Rooms were a decent size for a couple and clean. The beach is across the street Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Publix , Walgreens Souvenir shops, pizza places, and liquor stores minutes away. Check out time is 11:00am the hotel, with no hassle let me pay a small fee for 5 hours more until plane flight.

I would have rated a 10 if the outdoor patio was covered. It rained so I couldn't sit outside. Carpet and pictures inside the hotel rooms would be nice along with a bigger refrigerator and microwave. There is one microwave in the lobby. I would have also loved curtains for an easier peak at the outside. But I will definitely go back

I was a bit worried about booking the room after reading that someone found it to be dirty, but it was spotless. The bedlinen was pure white, as were the towels in the bathroom. The bed was HUGE and comfortable. The location is perfect for a visit to the beach - it's about 5 minutes away. Although the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, there are LOTS of places just a few minutes away. Every morning I went to the Broken Eggs Cafe, just around the corner on 67th street (be warned -- they auto add a gratuity of 18% to your bill, so there's no need to add your own gratuity, even though you're presented with a screen to add one). There's a Pizza Hut in the same building, and next door to the car park there's a Domino's and a Subway. Within a few minutes' walk there are several more restaurants, and within 15 minutes, there are even more. I tried Sazón at the corner of 73rd and really enjoyed that. Manolo's on the opposite corner was always full. There's also a laundromat on 73rd. The beach was spotless and not very busy.

I had to turn the A/C off at night as it was a bit noisy.

Great location, close to restaurants, shopping. The beach and boardwalk are just around the corner. The hotel is old but clean and comfortable. The area feels safe. The pool area was very nice. The beach towels that we could get at reception were much appreciated. Staff was friendly.

Unfortunately this hotel allows smoking in too many common areas, e.g. the nice outdoor lounge area, the pool deck and even the private balconies. We had chain smokers next to us and below us so we didn't enjoy our balcony very much. We also got smoked out in the pool area and the outdoor sitting area. Most people these days are non smokers who find smoke very offensive, so the hotel should restrict the smoking area to one outdoor area instead of placing ashtrays all over the place. The sound travels quite a lot, especially in the corridor, so guests should be asked to be quiet when coming back to the room in the middle of the night.

Very comfortable beds. Big bathroom. Fridge and coffee maker in room. Good air-conditioning. Ground floor with easy access to garden and lovely pool open 8 till 8. Free access to microwave and ice machine in reception area. Hot and cold drinks machines and snacks.

Really good hotel actually more motel. Room was big and clean and i was quiet surprised by the condition of the room it was way better inside than it looked from the outside. The location is great and was easy to get to. Staff were friendly and helpful. For the price I paid this was really good value and will definitely stay here again.

when i arrived i was asked to sign a letter agreeing to pay USD 250.00 if i used the air con to heat the room. this part felt like a scam and they should have proper air con installed and not threaten guests otherwise all was great

The price is right, and the overall quality of facilities is very good. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Location is good in the sense that the neighborhood is blessed with amenities like groceries, pharmacies, restaurants within walking distance. Parking is secure and reasonably priced.

Housekeeping is slow to arrive, and some days there is none. The lift is up half a flight of stairs, not very convenient if you have heavy bags. While facilities are more than adequate, it is an older hotel and is showing its age in some ways. Perhaps a facelift would do it good.
