The property was nice overall and staff was sweet the location was hard to get to with all of the construction and road conditions so we struggled finding the place it’s also not included on the booking That they charge an extra 60 dollars to hold the room while you are staying as a deposit you do get it back in 3-4 days but it wasn’t included on the listing

Just the location was hard to find and road conditions around hotel and the added 60 dollars hold on my room also didn’t like how we were placed in a handicapped room so the bathroom was just one whole shower so everything and the entire floor was soaked and we had to put towels down to shower

The staff is what did it for me. Every person I talked to was above awesome. They were friendly, helpful, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and just amazingly kind and pleasant. They made my stay one of my best hotel experiences in years. I stay at a lot of nice hotels. The rooms, the buildings, the amenities, ect, are all nice everywhere I stay, but the staff at this establishment were simply over the top. They made my stay exceptional and did it with a smile. I felt like they were my friends. They greeted me going in and out and graciously helped me with all my needs. Traveling with your 91 year old mother has its challenges but this staff made it a breeze. I wish every hotel has this brand of hospitality. Thank you for showing me that in a world of mediocrity, exceptionalism still exists.

The place was wonderful the rooms were nice and the staff were wonderful especially Jimmy who checked me Saturday early morning after my reservation for a different hotel was canceled without any noticed. I called and spoke with Jimmy he was able to accommodate me right then and there and provide me with the necessary information to make sure I was able to get a room. Throughout my stay Dianna who work the day shifts was also super helpful and wonderful along with their house Keeper.

This is the best smelling hotel I’ve stayed in ever! The front guest receptionist was welcoming and friendly. They acknowledged us every time we walked past. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is in a great spot. Easy to get around Miami!

The room is a bit dark, the lighting in the room isn’t bright enough. I also wish the wall mirror was not in the bathroom. It makes it hard to get dressed for multiple people, specially women.

The staff was able to accommodate my early check in and the 12 pm check out was an excellent touch as well. Hotel was centrally located and smelled so good walking in and was very clean. I enjoyed the towels at the pool I thought that was a great touch and the gym was an excellent amenity.

Pool area was a little lack luster but overall not bad.

Everything was excellent. You should put a mirror outside the bathroom as well, we were 4 women bathing and changing at the same time with only one mirror inside the bathroom! Other than that I will always comeback to this hotel. Comfty, close to the highways and cool.

Everything was excellent. No complains. Perfect for family trips and people who like traditional hotels. I will always comeback. This is my second time there and I will comeback.

Is clean, the staff is very friendly, everyone have a great customer service including the housekeeping ladies. Location is great. And willing help always we arrived so tired after a long drive and they lets us do an early check in.

In the past I have breakfast including this time doesn’t include breakfast. And the prices from the eating cafe is too high( expensive) way too expensive.

Convenient quite location (despite being off the turnpike), large room. Friendly and helpful staff!

Breakfast wasn't what I expected when it's included or presented as an option, it was sufficient but very basic - choice of one of: bagel, sandwich, yogurt or fruit cap and choice of bottles juice or coffee. Everything else was as advertised;)

The hotel is very good. Neat bathrooms, clean bedrooms. The pool is very beautiful. We loved our stay. The only con is the price. It could have costed 25%-30% less for what it offers, compared to other hotels.

The price is not a good match for what it offers. It looks glam, but the end product is just the same as any other 4-star hotel.

Great location and nice rooms

We had a reservation for 3 people and the breakfast was only for 2 guests, this is written in the small letters so be careful. The first days of our stay the breakfast menu was good, but in the last 2 days it suddenly changed to one drink and one sandwich.
