I like the room service and the breakfast was delicious

No complaints

The carpets were clean, the bathroom was spotless with no signs of previous guests, and the hotel appeared well-maintained.

One downside during my last stay was a loud squealing noise from the plumbing, which made it hard to sleep at night. I really hope this issue gets resolved

Location was good! It was clean! Breakfast was good and it was hot! Wide spread variety! Not too far from downtown Chicago! The value is good compared to other hotels.. most of what everyone is complaining about wasn’t true

It doesn’t say an extra $100 deposit is needed to be held on the card for incidences I didn’t like that

The staff and facility were exceptional. Friendly people; clean, safe, and comfortable accommodations; delicious healthy breakfast; welcoming workout facility. I have high expectations and was delightfully surprised - this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Everything was grand.

Did not have breakfast. I saw the swimming pool had no water but did not plan to swim anyway. Facilities and bed was good, blanket flimsy, but what bothered me was I could hear the guy snoring in the room next door. Could have a little better water pressure in the shower but was good enough. Overall a decent facility.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. I was able to get a good night sleep and continue my trip feeling refreshed. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again if I come this way again. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Everything was nice.

The breakfast provided was excellent. The staff were really helpful.

The swimming pool was out of action. The weather was really really hot and after eing out always it would have been nice to have a cooling swim.

The location. Aldi and Jewels is a block away. Plus It's close to Allstate arena. The hot breakfast daily was delicious.the room was spacious and comfy

There needs to be more lighting in the parking lot. There are no USB outlets

The staff was great! Very helpful. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast, like Denny's or IHOP. The room was quiet and well appointed, Beds were extremely comfortable. Large screen TV with cable.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a Best Western. There was a larger selection of items than I've experienced before, the eggs,sausage, quesadilla, waffles, all hot and fresh. Thomas bagels, fruit, yogurt it was all great.
