It was convenient, mostly clean and a good price.

When we first walked in, a staff member stared at us and then walked out. She met up with a woman who was smoking cigarettes outside the front door (it stunk). I think she was housekeeping, which we didn't realize, until about 3 minutes later when someone else finally came to the front desk. He was nice. No issues there. Maybe just move the cigarette ash trays further from the door. Staff could be smoking out a side door that's secluded instead of a main entrance. And being in the service industry myself, I believe all staff members should smile and acknowledge guests, even if its not their job to help them directly.

The room was comfortable and clean. I don't need a bunch of stuff in the room and didn't miss it! The auto blinds were interesting, not necessary but cool. The mattress was comfortable.

It was way too congested at breakfast to get to anything. Front desk staff seemed more into whatever they were doing on a screen than asking us if they could help us...why else would we be standing at the desk?? We called for an extra blanket and were told we could NOT get one as housekeeping just left. Really? We would stay again but if stuff like this happened again, that would be the last time.

It was a fantastic experience. Tons of breakfast choices. Excellent vibe. Staff was nice and attentive. The soaps and lotions IN the room were so amazing, i had to order some! Yum.

The only negative thing i could say: 1- the pool needs a good scrub. There was a film on the tile. But that is true of most hotel pools. 2- i paid extra for a "sitting area" and the pictures showed a couch. My husband has a bad back so i grabbed the opportunity for him to be able to sit and relax. The room we got had a thin pad on the shelf by the tv. So, we couldn't sit there AND watch tv, or relax. Also- no microwave in the room and the description said "kitchenette". Should read "mini-fridge."

Location was easy to find. Easy booking in process. Lovely reception staff. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Good ac. Nice coffee available in reception. Breakfast was fine, not a great choice but adequate. Loads of parking places.

Towels needed to be bigger, just my opinion. I like huge bath towels. In room 216 the shower gel container was empty, just an oversight by housekeeping for sure.

The hotel area was very clean and the desk staff members were extremely friendly and helpful.

The only problem we had during our 2 week stay was we kept asking for the room service to dump our trash and clean & refresh our room & bathroom. They should look into new mattresses. My wife & I had a rough time sleeping because the bed was uncontrollable.

The facility was clean, inviting and comfortable with a couple extra amenities that seem to be exclusive to this brand. Ot had the norm, pool, free breakfast but also had a pool table in the main commons area along with 24 hour snack bar.

Thus facility was of newer construction with a fresh, clean atmosphere and staff who were very friendly and accommodating.

I liked the decor and ambiance of the hotel. And I appreciate the delicious breakfast every morning, and the coffee, tea and filtered water being available 24/7. The hotel was also clean, fresh, comfortable and in a decent location. And the staff was absolutely outstanding! Everyone was so helpful, friendly and professional. Absolutely wonderful people! Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was just a random selection of the hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. One of the best stays in Naperville, Chicago. They had a 24/7 coffee station, along with water and ice. I really loved the cleanliness, and the staff was helpful as well. The rooms were nice and clean. Overall, 10/10 for everything.

Very nice and modern. The breakfast was great. Most of the staff was friendly.

The rooms were very small. I overheard an employee using vulgar language and I had my children with me. Overall it was a great experience, I just wish the rooms were bigger. The pool area was also a bit dirty. There was a lot of hair near the drains.
