The room was comfortable and clean. I don't need a bunch of stuff in the room and didn't miss it! The auto blinds were interesting, not necessary but cool. The mattress was comfortable.

It was way too congested at breakfast to get to anything. Front desk staff seemed more into whatever they were doing on a screen than asking us if they could help us...why else would we be standing at the desk?? We called for an extra blanket and were told we could NOT get one as housekeeping just left. Really? We would stay again but if stuff like this happened again, that would be the last time.

It was a fantastic experience. Tons of breakfast choices. Excellent vibe. Staff was nice and attentive. The soaps and lotions IN the room were so amazing, i had to order some! Yum.

The only negative thing i could say: 1- the pool needs a good scrub. There was a film on the tile. But that is true of most hotel pools. 2- i paid extra for a "sitting area" and the pictures showed a couch. My husband has a bad back so i grabbed the opportunity for him to be able to sit and relax. The room we got had a thin pad on the shelf by the tv. So, we couldn't sit there AND watch tv, or relax. Also- no microwave in the room and the description said "kitchenette". Should read "mini-fridge."

The hotel area was very clean and the desk staff members were extremely friendly and helpful.

The only problem we had during our 2 week stay was we kept asking for the room service to dump our trash and clean & refresh our room & bathroom. They should look into new mattresses. My wife & I had a rough time sleeping because the bed was uncontrollable.

I liked the decor and ambiance of the hotel. And I appreciate the delicious breakfast every morning, and the coffee, tea and filtered water being available 24/7. The hotel was also clean, fresh, comfortable and in a decent location. And the staff was absolutely outstanding! Everyone was so helpful, friendly and professional. Absolutely wonderful people! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very clean and great courteous professional staff, especially Sashe who just so happen to be very good friends with our daughter’s dance coaches. We were attending a dance competition and through a friendly conversation we discovered that Sashe is childhood friends with our daughter’s dance coaches and used to dance with them and own a dance studio of her own. It was so great talking with her. Felt like I had been knowing her for years. The rest of your staff were also amazing, they even were excited about the dance competition. Breakfast was great and area was kept stocked and clean. Lobby area and grounds were clean. We truly had a fantastic stay, and it’s pet friendly!

I've never been so happy to see a smiling front desk clerk in my life! Yolanda was WONDERFUL! I took the train into Naperville and when I got off the train it started to down pour. Had a communication issue with my Uber driver and he cancelled my ride so I had to request a second Uber. By the time I walked into the hotel, I was soaking wet, and my sandal broke in the lobby as I was walking up to the desk. So there I was barefoot, frizzed out hair, completely soaked, and that wonderful angel (AKA Yolanda) said "you're early, but lets find you a room so you can get dried off and comfortable" and she did exactly that! She was so sweet, and didn't even charge me for the early check in fee. Its so nice to see hotel staff that is responsive and caring to its guests and not putting profit ahead of the comfort of someone really having a bad day! I'm sold on this property and I will return just so I can see Yolanda!

Very nice and modern. The breakfast was great. Most of the staff was friendly.

The rooms were very small. I overheard an employee using vulgar language and I had my children with me. Overall it was a great experience, I just wish the rooms were bigger. The pool area was also a bit dirty. There was a lot of hair near the drains.

The property was fine. it was easy to get to off the Highway. The front desk clerk was very nice ( Homer) and I received a bag with a couple bottles of water. my room on the 4th floor was clean and the bed comfortable. I had a walk-in shower which was nice. My main concern when I stay in a motel/hotel is always cleanliness, comfort and no bugs. I didn’t see anything crawling and the bed was comfortable, so I was happy.

The continental breakfast was okay, actually pretty good but not great. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to use the other facilities, so I can’t fairly rate them.

New building so everything is brand new inside as well. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff is friendly.

Fire alarm went off at midnight, for the entire building. Not sure what the issue was but we returned to our rooms 10 minutes later. Since the building is pretty new, Google Maps isn't very precise locating it (when selecting directions from Booking.com) Booking also states there's no parking available which is not true. There's a full lot.
