The staff is absolutely wonderful and super helpful! The rooms are clean. It's pet friendly and even the staff like dogs! Overall, it was a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this location!

The key cards kept deactivating, so we had to keep going to the help desk to get them reactivate. The staff where super friendly and quick to help solve any issue. In the end they gave us new one but overall it's a great location and I highly recommend.

The facility was clean and well maintained. The room was clean, well maintained and the fixtures all worked properly. The breakfast was good, not great.

The only complaint I have is that my room smelled incredibly musty, like there was a problem in the AC unit. Maybe even mold. I should have immediately requested a different room but thought that maybe running the AC on high would air it out. It did not. I used half a bottle of Febreze trying to overpower it, but to no avail.

The location was great since we were going to the Hollywood Casino. The room was comfortable and clean. The room was very spacious.

The dispensers in the shower for shower gel and shampoo were empty, but left a note for the cleaning people. We always bring our own so no big deal, but some people might need them.

The outside appearance was good and the lobby and our room were clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of room to sit down.

The bathroom sink was directly inside the door and separate from the shower and toilet room. The day we left we noticed what appeared to be a little mildew on the wallboard under the AC unit. It looks like the piece of wallboard was not treated in any way that would protect it from the moisture from the AC unit. There was no other indication of mildew and we had no issues stemming from mildew with the atmosphere in the room.

The location was perfect for us. We went to the Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum. Also, very close to Cincinnati. The town of Lawrenceberg has many good restaurants and is a cute place to visit. One of our main reasons for going at this time was to see the eclipse.

Our room was clean and probably very adequate, but I was having a back issue so had trouble getting comfortable.

Pet friendly. The staff was all very friendly & helpful. The outside was clean, puppy station was stocked with poop bags...though a few fur parents should done their part [that's not on you] my dog wears his own poop bags. There were plenty of ashtrays outside for us smokers. Ty...very much appreciated. Breakfast served daily & plenty of it. We enjoyed our stay. Ty so much

We had to change rooms our second night because of a leaking toilet. The room we moved to was an adjoining room and the guests in that room had the tv volume rather loud until after 11 pm. Plus there were either late check-ins or guests coming back late that slammed and banged doors and had loud conversations in the hallways. Overall, one night was good and the second not so much - the rooms were both fine all the way around - the ambience the second night not so much.

I liked that there was no carpet in the rooms. Laminate flooring was good, it gave a more clean feel and smell. The room was clean and had a nice mini fridge. The hot breakfast was also very nice, coffee was easily accessible in the morning. Staff was also accommodating. I didn't book a handicap room and when they put us on the 2nd floor. Which required a walk upstairs, they gave me no hassle in putting us on the 1st floor to accommodate my elderly mother who can't do stairs well.

My bed was a bit squeaky and the shower head was super low, I'm short so it wasn't a problem, but I can definitely see it being so for anyone 5'6" or taller.

It was very close to the Creation Museum we were going to visit. Pet friendly, fit our needs and secured.

Parking lot could have a little work done. If I had a second floor room it would have been a little difficult without an elevator.

It was a good stay for the price, staff was nice, and I would recommend/return for future visits

However.. the bed was not the most comfortable, having a room next to the ice machine was a little inconvenient because every time it was in use it was loud, and lastly the potholes in the parking lot were unfavorable
