I came into town to see my Dad, who is getting rehab for a stroke. As I was arriving late, I needed a hotel for the first night. I picked the La Quinta for value and location, but was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, including the workout room, and by the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was an unexpected treat. This is a budget hotel, but it didn't really feel like one. Would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling in the Southern NH area.

Everything was fine.

The front desk guy named Muhammed was pretty rude to us when we asked can we hang in the lobby with our family that were also staying in the hotel. We all couldn't fit in one hotel room. I also told him we wouldn't be loud because it was after hours. He acted like he didn't want us to hang out there when there was other people sitting in there too. Finally he said we could. But only for an hour. Like what we paid to stay here. We actually hung out there for 2hrs and had a great time. But I really think Muhammed needs Customer service training because he shouldn't make us feel uncomfortable when we are paid customers.

* Convenient location for us just off the freeway ! * Super low traffic and congestion - big plus! * Front desk and staff are very friendly * Super clean and well maintained - the property looks great outside and inside! * Hot breakfast every morning * VERY comfortable rooms and beds - I slept so well! Thank you to the front desk staff who took wonderful care of us at check in! For some reason, Booking.com cancelled our original reservation - but the front desk immediately took care of us and got us a excellent room right away at an even better rate than booking.com originally had us at. SUPER GRATEFUL for that and their welcoming attitude and assurance that they would take care of us! Thank you!!!

The Property was clean and the rooms were nice. Mattress was of good quality, Breakfast was a added bonus. The staff was very good and the manager helped us out when there was a confusion on the rooms being on the same floor.

I thought the hotel was fully booked and the staff were super busy!! the room that was allotted to us was not cleaned so we got another room and the manager was very understanding and gave us another room that suited us.

Bathroom tub needs a grab bar(which I thought was a state law) to get in and out of the very high tub..non adjustable A/C unit.(Power switch on wall only turned unit off and on.

Smart TV that automatically logged you out of anything you signed in to, everyday. The Staff was very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, turkey sausage, and bacon. There were also pastries and oatmeal. There was more to but I didn't pay attention to it. Hot chocolate, hot tea, and coffee were available 24/7

There we're only bathtubs in rooms with double Queen beds, not King rooms. The pool was out of commission BUT they are doing everything they can to fix it.

The staff starting from receptionist , handy person that fix our tv control and brought us extra face cloths and finally Ana from food services that worked hard to make sure we had fresh coffee, breakfast items and always with a smile . I will let my family and friends know to visit this location in the future , I know will be back with my spouse.

The room had an odor on check in (dog or smoke or both). I mentioned it in a booking.com message and the front desk staff immediately called and offered another room. Great service but I had already unpacked and decided to deal with.

There was a restaurant just across the street and they have many pamphlets for places to visit or order in from. Staff was very nice and helpful. There if a laundry room is you need to wash your clothes.

Breakfast ended to early and the pool was not fixed and pretty much abandoned.

I loved the location the room the breakfast included we came up from Massachusetts to go to canobie lake park and it was only 7 mins from the hotel it was an overall great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive

The only thing that could've have been different is if the hotel pool was open but it was closed indefinitely everything else was wonderful
