Good location, very clean and it had plenty to do with the Karoke bar and roof top white limousine

I didn’t like the parking fee it was misleading. It was supposed to be 65 a day and it was actually 94 dollars a day plus tip to the valet worker . There was an additional 20 dollar fee plus taxes that they fail to tell you about for parking. I understand you have to pay to park in a big city . But 94 dollars a day is ridiculous.

Aside from the obvious wich is that this place is beautiful the staff was also very helpful and explained everything to us at check in . I was VERY impressed . I cant believe how many people havent heard of this place so underrated. Even if you dont stay its worth going to the rooftop bar for brunch or lunch . Be prepared to see ALOT of bachelorette parties so go early if you want to take pics before they take over, LOL

the restrooms were redone but the hardware wasnt quite perfect. We thought the toilet wasnt working at first but turns out you just REALLY have to hold it and it take a while . Also the shower head was in a very bizarre spot and would get water ALL OVER the bathroom floor !

The front desk girl was amazing and very personable! Helped me check in quickly and was super friendly. Hotel was extremely clean, the room was adorable and the staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Will deff stay here agsin in the future. The room rate was also very affordable for our two night stay!

The only experience that was not perfect was the staff at the coffee counter in the lobby area. We tried to get coffees quickly Togo before our show and it was one min before they closed at 6pm and she was very short and said that she was closing up. So we never got use our credited drinks/ coffee vouchers for that trip.

LOVED our 1 night stay here, possibly one of the cutest and prettiest hotels I have ever seen, with a super comfy bed. When we were on route I realised to my horror I had accidentally made the booking for the night before, but when we arrived the receptionist bent over backwards to help us, and was able to reinstate our booking at no extra charge, so we were eternally grateful. Hotel is spotlessly clean, lovely rooftop bar and pool with great cocktails, amazing food in the restaurant too and all the staff we encountered all provided exceptional service.

Nothing not to like.

A beautiful design which creates a lovely atmosphere and a memorable stay. The valet parking guys are fabulous, friendly and helpful and make arrival perfect. The rooms are spotless, the beds comfortable and everything feels just right.

After a pleasant check in by the friendly team the queue for the two lifts was busy. The key system is utterly frustrating and led to us changing lifts twice to try and get up or down. Others also complained about this. And each day one lift was out of action for some time. Upon arrival we found that the rooftop bar was closed for a private function and there was nowhere else to get a drink with our friends. People resorted to going to the supermarket and bringing drinks and snacks into reception. Absolutely not what we expected and incredibly disappointed. The huge area on the ground floor just felt like a waste of space with no focus for guests. We spent $200 on food and drink at other venues instead of relaxing at the hotel. The lack of facilities was a shock.

Very cute, good location, nice cafe downstairs. Decor is phenomenal. Staff were kind. Could have used a vending machine somewhere for after hours bottles of water, etc. Close to downtown but not too close to bars.

AC broke in one room, after a few hours they were unable to fix it so we asked to be moved to another room. The next room was weirdly humid and our clothes were damp the next day. Both restaurants are 21+ so hard to get on site food if you have kids. A non 21+ option restaurant would be nice, maybe make it 21+ after 9pm or soemthing?

We loved our stay! We extended another night and got an upgrade to a bigger room. However, both rooms were really spacious, super comfortable beds, great showers! We loved the Dolly Parton theme too and the effort put into the room design and decor. Super loving reception and workers and great having a coffee shop in the lobby.

No complaints! We did try view the pool area however we were told we had to be escorted to view as we didn’t have a pool reservation. This wasn’t an issue though (as we didn’t actually want to swim, just look) but just a little confusing.

His hotel is clean and decorated very cute. Everyone was very friendly.

It seemed like you were paying for the decorations. There was nothing extra special about this hotel other than the decorations on the walls and in the rooms. We couldn't check in until after 4:00 p.m. And we had to check out by 11. :00 a.m.. If you wanted an early check-in or a late checkout, it was an extra $75 each, which is insane. There was no free parking. You had to pay $55 a night to park and you had no choice but to use a valet. Also, I thought this hotel would be closer to the strip on Broadway but we still had to get an Uber to get to where we wanted to go. If I had it to do over again I would pay for a hotel much closer to the center of town for a cheaper price and probably better amenities.

The decor is great for photos, and the karaoke bar and rooftop are also awesome.

Valet is expensive, no one told us about oversized car pricing. Also, it is confusing with the $28 "hotel" lot being advertised behind the building. It's not the cleanest but I like the vintage look of things. The front desk told us that we got a $50 room credit per day for food/beverages - we were later told it was $35, and it was automatically charged to your room whether or not you used it.

The hotel was beautifully decorated. Our toilet didn't work on arrival but it was fixed promptly. Water wasn't always left in the room but it was provided at reception when requested.

There weren't many food options. The location was a little isolated, I thought there would be more life on Music Row. The pool although not stated to be owned by the Hotel is very much a part of the facilities. We were allocated a seated cabana which was uncovered and therefore unusable unless we wanted to roast like rotisserie chickens.
