Rooms do not have microwaves. People must go to the lobby to reheat their dinner. The elevator is very sluggish, and the exits are too far away from the elevator. The breakfast room in the entrance is tiny and inconvenient. The most crucial thing to remember is that parking a car costs $50 each night.

The rooms were perfect and staff very friendly and helpful, it’s a good location for a few bars mid town and nice if you want to be out of the loudness of down town. Ubers down town were reasonable, walking on the heat wasn’t really an option

Breakfast was the same everyday with limited choice and not restocked. If you want the bagel (the main offering) then you needed to queue for a long time as there was only one toaster. This states there is a gym, the space and equipment is not sufficient to workout with only 2 of the 3 cardio machines working

Room was comfortable, and clean. Water pressure in shower was great. TV had plenty of channels. The bar was nice. Drinks were reasonable, Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Coupon available for nearby restaurant. There were many nice restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast was not great, Some bagels, Coffee, juice, instant oatmeal, fruit. There was an additional charge of $42 + Tax to park the car. This was not advertised in the description, so it came as a surprise. There were not many amenities in the little store. Bar was only open Wednesday through Saturday.

The room was extremely spacious, I was with my friend and we had two large double beds so plenty of room to spread out. The shower was great with wonderful water pressure and the complimentary breakfast, although a little basic, is perfect for a small bite in the morning. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little further out of town. Broadway, country music hall of fame etc. is at most a 10 minute drive away and Ubers are really easy to get and relatively inexpensive so wasn’t too much of an issue for us. You could potentially walk it but the walk would take you on to a very busy main road and it is VERY hot in the summer months so we didn’t attempt it.

I loved that everyone was very receptive to having pets. I booked this hotel because it was listed as a pet friendly hotel. What I didn't expect was that there were many other people there with dogs and everybody was very nice.

The area for the animals to go outside for relieving themselves was VERY small, but it was clean and maintained. I didn't like that parking was not free and cost almost $45 a day and that was if you didn't tip the valet. When I insisted that I didn't want to valet my vehicle, and I wanted easy access to my vehicle as we were coming and going frequently, I was directed to a parking lot directly across the street, which costs the same exact amount. But this isn't i've shared with people unless they insist on it. I think information for the public parking should be readily available. The hotel clearly favors valet.

Room was fine. Bathroom was clean.

This the 2nd time we've stayed while visiting Nashville. We were happy both times. I do have a couple suggestions which would have made our stay better. We booked 3 nights, but then decided to stay a 4th night. No housekeeping staff came at all during this time. I did not request it, but thought they came every couple of days to make the bed up, empty trash & leave fresh towels. Also, since we are considered elderly now, it would be a smart & safe idea to install grab bars in the tub/shower are. We also had to have our toilet fixed twice. On a complimentary note, the breakfasts are great, the dining area is set up comfortably. In fact, it is the best breakfast spread of any other hotel we've stayed at. If we come again in the future, we will definitely be staying here again. It is much quieter & less congested than the tourist area of town!! .

Clean, welcoming and all of the Staff were excellent. I had everything I needed and replenished while on my stay at the Hayes Street Hotel. Steps away from Vanderbilt University. Kelly, Leslie, Maxwell, & all the Valets were extremely nice and knowledgeable of the areas I wanted to venture to. Their staff at the Hayes Street Hotel helped me navigate the city parts I never had b4. I found this helpful to not waste any of my days in Nashville. Being on the West Side closest to Vanderbilt had given me more places to explore and find using an ebike. Points of interest like where the locals would be. Especially music venues like the Brooklynn BOWL and Exit In as well.

There was plenty of walking if you're main attraction was downtown. Close enough for a cab/ Lyft or to walk. Closer to the West Side Nashville and Vanderbilt.

Great location. Friendly staff. Bartender was a hoot!

Valet parking was expensive.

The first concern for this trip was the location, it was perfect for our needs. Next, it was pet-friendly, again, perfect. Lastly, the room rate was also great compared to similar hotels nearby. While parking is valet only, we found it worth the additional costs for this trip, and the valets were quick and always had our vehicle ready by the time we came down to the lobby. I liked the convenience of sending them a text to request my vehicle. The room was clean and comfortable.

We knew that breakfast was included in the room rate. "Continental" breakfast may not be what you would expect. Google it if you aren't sure. We've stayed at many places that called it that and find that the offerings here were lacking compared to what we've seen elsewhere for even a lower star-rating hotel. But, we were prepared so it wasn't a big deal. It just wasn't what we've experienced at other 3-star hotels.
