We really enjoyed our stay. We had a great time in the pool, and breakfast was great! Exactly as I had read in the reviews! We chose this hotel specifically for those two amenities. We visited with family in the pool and dining areas for several hours, and everyone was happy and comfortable. We loved the location, and the parking lot was very brightly lit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building was very clean.

The only concern I had was the room. Their was a small redish stain on the ceiling and a small redish stain on the yellow chair. That was a bit concerning but not earth-shattering. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was bigger than it looked in the pictures, a very nice surprise. Everything was great, from the staff to the breakfast, the water pressure in the shower and the TV was bigger than most other hotels. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

The only down side was location. It is hidden behind other buildings. But that is not a deal breaker.

Location to TX Tech

First room excellent but blinds, black out & sheer, could not be raised due to mechanical problems. I requested & got room change to different but lesser room. Guest service was pleasant about the change request. I should have been informed of problem and offered change before moving into room.

Everything was wonderful, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, shower, bed comfort, room size.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Shower next door, etc, sounded like they were in our bathroom...

Breakfast was excellent! The entire breakfast area was so clean and wiped up constantly by the Staff, ensuring no drips from gravy, etc were on the counter. Everything was well stocked, the fruit was perfectly ripened and looked appetizing, everything was plentiful and so many selections to choose from! Could not have been nicer! You can't improve on perfection!

Not ONE single complaint in any area or dept! It was exactly what you hope to have when you stay at a hotel. ANYTIME I am in Lubbock, THIS is where we will certainly stay! Thank you for hiring and training such professional, polite, competent, knowledgeable staff. Everything was perfect!

Great location and clean updated rooms.

Breakfast was not as good as on our prior stays. Seems some items were removed from the daily breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was not well prepared. No creamer for coffee and the coffee was not fresh. There was no syrup for the waffles. The eggs, sausage patties and milk gravy was not hot.

Everything! The location was perfect. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the check in process went smooth and fast. The breakfast was really good and everything was hot and fresh. I would recommend to anybody and we will go back if we are in the area again.

Very clean and nice location.

I had to call the number multiple times (3 times) provided at the desk as there was not anyone at the front desk most of the time.

The location was perfect.all the restaurants and stores were really close. The breakfast was delicious. Whenever I have to stay in a hotel I always tell my husband to booked Hampton Inn because I have never been disappointed. Thank you for making our stay a perfect one.
