3 of the main staff were excellent One was a front desk her name iI Think was Shawnee. She was a ninja multi tasked and ran circles around her co workers. At one point she had 2 buses of guests show up yet didn't make people wait. She had them taken care of within a few short minutes AND tended to the phone & other guests flowing in on a Friday night. Idk how she was doing it all & she was doing it right !! They lucky to have some of the staff they have there! Another lady who helped me out a few times I had some questions about the area & my room as well was Tasha (I think head of housekeeping ). She was so helpful and kind. To top it off The morning breakfast crew were so great. Usually free breakfasts aren't fresh and those staff ensured everything was fresh and they helped w anything I needed. I had a few issues because of the booking errors which were by no fault of the hotels. I had no car & nor much money to buy another room until the next day. They saw how anxious I was stressing what to do . I'm from Ct and was about ready to go back to airport and miss sons "parents weekend" at his college. But I was so confused and upset but the woman at the front desk was as helpful as she could be getting on phone w the booking and figuring it all out to best of her ability. Because of the efforts I ended up booking my whole stay here. . I had originally booked only 2 nights and was looking at an air b&b but then I decided to just stay here as they made me feel safe & at home. I also thought the breakfast was real good as were the rooms spacious w/pull out couches if needed and gym/pool / patios were always clean. I come down to visit my son in college and I'll def recommend this hotel to other parents. Last year I stayed in one really close to this one and I was grateful when I saw it was a diff hotel.

I kept disarming the magnets strips on my keys ( my fault ) by putting them next to my phone & kept forgetting but it was a very safe hotel.

Pretty much liked everything. I really don't have a complaint. For a week's stay the price wasn't to bad.

The coffee maker didn't work, the temperature of the shower was difficult to get, you had to find a sweet spot or you would be burned. The curtains didn't close. I mean all in all I would stay again. That's not something I wouldn't come for.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The king size bed mattress was the most comfortable I’ve slept in in a hotel honestly. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. The only critique I have is that the sofa bed was soiled and really should be replaced and the heat was on in the fitness center and we asked three times for it to be turned off and for whatever reason it wasn’t. It was in a great location.

The toilet was acting like it was going to be overflowing.Also the face clothes had holes in them. I really didn’t appreciate the front desk clerk keeping telling me that check in time wasn’t until 3 because although hotels have a check in time if the room is ready they do allow you to check in.She did let me check in but she kept reminding me of the check in time I travel frequently so I do know check in time but I also know that you’re allowed to check in early if your room is ready.It was only an hour but I do understand

The room was so spacious and very clean

The door to the room had to be slammed to close and when you opened the room door you had to kick or use force it open. The guy who worked the kitchen was not a fit! No food available at all, well bagels were available but no hot food. He was on his phone and cursing a lot. Unprofessional!!! Making inappropriate comments to hotel guests, no fruit especially looking or expecting bananas. The whole continental breakfast was horrible! Should have just closed it down for the day!!

The customer service was amazing. The young lady at the front desk was very patient and calm when her system went down. I’m not sure of her name but she was an African American female with a very low haircut

I didn’t feel like the pool was clean.y children went at 2 10am and there were white spots floating on top of the water. The water was also very cloudy 🤮🤮🤮. They went back later that day and it was ok but…

Everyone was super friendly it was very clean. The bed was super soft and comfortable. Breakfast only had coffee or milk I’m not a fan of either but they did have in the lobby iced lemon infused water at all times so that’s very refreshing. Great people who handled my situation awesomely.

Very courteous& helpful. Made us feel at-home. Peaceful& comfortable.

There is no heat in the pool area. And water is very cold. So we didn't get to enjoy the pool. But everything else made up for that.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The hotel is less than 5 minutes off the interstate and has a 7-11 located directly across the street. I would DEFINITELY recommend and will return to this location next time I'm in the area!

The clerk who checked us in was not the friendliest person, but the desk staff at checkout were very courteous and professional.

I loved how clean it was and comfortable the beds were.

When I arrived the person at the front desk said she didn't have my reservation even though I had a confirmation number and then I don't know what to tell you but we are all booked up and have no rooms available, I asked her to double check again and she found it under my first name instead of my last name, still weird how the whole transaction went down... I almost got sent on my way even though they had a booking for me .. also on the floor my room was on smelled like cigarettes, like and open ash tray even though I asked for non smoking.
