The gentleman that helped us check in was so professional and friendly! He was patient as I tried to pull up our reservation on my phone. He answered our questions and really made us feel welcome. Marriott is fortunate to have employees like him! The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean! I also appreciated how quiet our room was. The hallway carpets were soft to walk on and very clean as well.

The toilet was running the entire time. Rm 422 needs a new flapper. The thermostat was loose on its mount so it was crooked. The rollers on the bathroom door need silicone spray lubricant.

The rooms were great! We stayed by the airport because it was close to Tacoma and Seattle. My granddaughter's soccer games were in both areas, so it was a perfect location. We stayed four nights, and we were so pleased with the room! Our room was very clean and smelled fresh when we walked in, and during our stay it was refreshed daily. We were VERY impressed with the service all around! We will definitely be staying here again.

We rented a car, and the self-parking fee was way too high at $30 a day. We paid nearly an extra hundred dollars for parking. I would have been happy paying $15 a day, a more reasonable amount.

Location, comfort, appeal

Check in time and process. Several people waiting to check in but wouldn’t be allowed until 4 pm. Most hotels will allow an early check in as long as the rooms were available. They wouldn’t even check to see if the rooms were available. Staff changed and After noticing someone else checked in early, others seemed to be upset and went to see if they could also check in. We were allowed to check in an hour early after waiting for 2.5 hours in the lobby. Nice hotel but a little over priced compared to others in the area.

Sky and Cece at the front desk went above and beyond for our family this evening. We had an emergency situation, that left us stressed, exhausted and stranded. Years ago Seattle Marriott was there for us before when we needed them and was so grateful to call on them again at midnight with many stressful questions we had. I must have called ten times, and each time they were so very kind, reassuring, helpful, fixed our problems, were super reassuring and gave me the peace I needed for a last minute late night unexpected situation we had. If I could bump up their pay and give plaques of excellent service, I would. Please give them the appreciation and shown gratitude our whole family has for those two. Sky took most my calls and did everything she could to assure our night was saved. Thank you so very much!!!

Airport hotels are often utilitarian, but this one had the feel of a lodge getaway. I spent a few hours working in a comfortable chair beside the lobby fireplace, which was truly lovely. The service was excellent, and the room was comfortable. I appreciated the fully stocked shop as I'd lost my hairbrush on the trip and needed a replacement. Also, the shuttle service was a key reason for my choosing the hotel, and it worked without a hitch.

More selections on the menu and room service would've been appreciated.

The rooms were nice and the restaurant was delicious. Staff very friendly.

I paid for valet parking in a secured parking lot at the marriott Supposedly they have security cameras and a security guard. Valet is supposed to be 24 hours. While I was away on vaca I came back to $7000 worth of equipment stolen off of my car. A pair of cross bars, a rooftop tent, an awning and a ski/snowboard rack. My car was parked close and visible from the valet boothe and the lobby area. The neither the marriott or the parking lot company care. Clearly an inside job. The thing weights over 300lbs. I will never stay at this Marriott or use the parking facility again!

The staff was so nice! The location was great - close to the airport. The restaurant was lovely with a great selection.

The only things I wasn’t thrilled about were 1) the barn style sliding bathroom door that didn’t close all the way, and 2) the fact that the shower and the sleeping area were divided only by a tinted (but translucent) glass wall/enclosure that showed a perfect silhouette of the person who was showering. Not very private…

Beautiful place, love the free shuttles to airport and mall, loved having the bar there, very grateful to be able to store our bags at the desk while we toured around Seattle. I loved that I could login to Netflix in my room. I loved having Starbucks coffee inside the hotel.

I wish there was a free breakfast option. When we wanted to check in early we had to change rooms which seemed like a down grade. Not a great view from the room. The restaurant prices deterred us from eating there.

We stayed at the airport Marriott because we had an early flight out the next morning and we were parking our car at long-term parking right at the hotel. Everything was super convenient and excellent. The valet people were super knowledgeable about how to leave our car and how and when to catch the shuttle to the airport. The meal we had at the hotel was excellent food plus super friendly staff. We were thankful for the excellent respite between our travels.

Noisy guests kept me awake till 3 am ! You need to have a no noise after 12 policy ! It was pretty bad and it’s a shame as everything else was perfect and I know how much hard work goes into getting the atmosphere just right. It’s not cheap to stay with you but because of the noise it was not value for money .
