The location, comfort, and cleanliness of everything were great. The staff is overall super attentive. The rooms were excellent, and breakfast was good.

I had some issues during the booking process, which should be addressed as I seem to be not the only one. I booked the room via bookings - 5 days prior my arrival there credit card merchant tried to put a hold on my card - full amount of the stay + a second charge for roughly 200 Euro. Not sure why but this triggered a fraud alert at my US bank. I approved the first charge but this seems have never made it to the Hotel. I did not approve the second charge, which triggered an entire nightmare and ended in my card being replaced. Which impacted entire trip.

Great location close to the Metro transit! Right around the corner, there is a little market place and lots of restaurants.

The room was immaculate though very small but comfy! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the luxurious linens to the awesome. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. The terrace is a great place to see the skyline of Paris exceptional customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and genuinely interested in making my stay unforgettable.

The hotel staff were incredible, the check in process was super easy & quick. My room was nearby the lift and I did not hear it at any point during the night. The hotel is located right next to the subway which made it easy to travel to different parts of the city. The hotel is also located in a nice/local feeling neighbourhood which was lovely to come back to after a big day of site seeing. I was also able to order take away food to the room through an app provided by the hotel (sort of like uber eats) and the hotel staff would deliver the take away directly to my room personally. Honestly an incredible stay, the room was extremely clean and staff were lovely. Would stay here again.

Being a solo traveller and booking the single room was honestly okay (i've had worse in other European hotels). The only 2 things I would note (not that it had any affect on me) was that the shower is located basically inside the bedroom and a step away from the toilet. After having a shower the floor around the toilet was wet. The second thing to note, the lift is very small (only enough room to fit 1 x person and 1 x suitcase) which was fine for me, however groups travelling/multiple suitcases may want to consider this - as you may need to do a few trips up and down.

The staff is kind and wants to be helpful, but needs to be way better trained. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The location was also ideal for my needs (close to both the Montparnasse train station and a RER station - to go straight to the CDG Airport, plus a few bus stops right in front of the hotel). There was a mix-up with the rooms that got sorted eventually, but I got to try the breakfast as well, and although the location of the breakfast room itself is very small, the food and ingredients used were of high quality.

Please be aware that - although it says "pay at the hotel", they actually block around 200 euros (in my case, as I only stayed 1 night, they blocked the full amount) to guarantee the room around 1 week in advance. Then you are invited to pay again via a link the night before or at the hotel at check-in, but the amount originally blocked only gets released a few days after check-out, allegedly as a way of guaranteeing everything was ok with the room when you left. In short, if you're in for a short stay, like mine was, be prepared with double the amount owed, because they will block it for ~1,5 weeks. Some lights around the bathroom mirror would also be helpful, since it's tucked away from the window and the ceiling lighting is not that great.

The overall look and feel of the hotel is amazing, very stylish and greatly positioned. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The views from the terrace - absolutely magnificent! And the breakfast was also very delicious. Would absolutely return and recommend!

The only thing was that when we showered, the water would leak through the crack between the shower floor and the shower door, flooding the bathroom floor. We had to wipe the floors a couple of times before we figured out a way of showering avoiding floods.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, very clean, very comfortable, remarkably quiet. My room was right opposite the elevator and near the stair well, and I feared it would be noisy but I didn't hear a thing. I heard a very little bit of street noise, but it was pretty faint and most of the time I couldn't hear anything from outside. I had a great view. The elevator was tiny and a little cramped, even for just one person, but I appreciated it a lot -- better than walking up 6 flights of stairs! The roofdeck was lovely. I appreciated the gown and slippers. Fantastic location.

I would have preferred a kettle over a coffee machine in the room, but that's a very minor gripe.

I stayed for two nights, and was very pleased with the hotel, the room, and the staff. The room itself was small but everything is new and crisp, and this was balanced by a large, bright, modern bathroom. It was quiet at night, and the bed was quite comfortable. I needed to do several videoconferences during my stay, and the internet was fast and stable. I especially want to commend the staff. I had contact with 5-6 staff members, and everyone was pleasant and welcoming. They even helped me with my mountains of luggage, which I truly appreciated. Lastly , the location is ideal. An easy walk from Gare de Montparnasse, and a couple of steps from the metro. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Paris.

The cleaners probably had long hairs because when I first came here and after cleaning service each day I would find long black hairs on the ground or the bed. Other than that it was very clean! I kinda missed a hook to hang a towel. Small toilet The room is kinda small but still good and nice

In one sentence, I will summarize my experience with the simple fact that I came for three nights and stayed for two weeks; this only shows how satisfied I was with this lovely hotel! As someone who visits dozens of hotels a year, I have never encountered such a good standard of cleanliness and spotlessness. Keep it up! This hotel pays attention to the small details: the Nespresso coffee machine, the comfortable linens, the good towels, the beautiful design & furniture, the cleanliness, the small toiletries, and everything you need to make the service pleasant, right? The hotel is small, similar to most hotels In Paris and Europe in general, but you have everything you need in the room, and what you don't have, the excellent staff will do everything to help you find yourself. The location is amazing, close to the metro station and many, many restaurants and cafes in the area, so at any hour, you can find something to snack on from the beautiful Parisian cuisine The hotel is new, so we will say to the management and the excellent staff, "Well done, and keep it up. I will visit you soon and recommend this superb hotel to all my family and friends.

I worked so it's a bit challenging the tiny desk but possible. As a plus size person room was great for me but for a big couple can be s bit challnging with many suitcases etc (that's the standard in Europe)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, competent and helpful. The location is excellent and the hotel was very clean with excellent fittings and design. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We're aware that space is at a premium in Paris. The hotel is no exception and we booked the cheapest room which was very small but because everything else was fantastic, it wasn't an issue for a 3 day visit.
