My aunt stayed at the hotel and she highly recommends it. It is quite central and the staff are very helpful and kind! Property is clean and comfortable and some minutes away from all the touristic places.

It would be good to have more variety of food on the dinner menu, such as salads.

Location

With the high temperatures, it is not acceptable for the hotel rooms to have the temperature control of the air conditioning almost similar to that outside. They had to bring us a small fan.

My husband and I started here for our honeymoon. We were in the perfect area - easy walking distance to Vatican City, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and more. There were plenty of great shops and restaurants just steps from the hotel. The room was small, as expected, but very clean and comfortable with a queen bed. The staff was kind and helpful, and we really enjoyed the rooftop for drinks or a light dinner. A great stay overall!

They wouldn’t accommodate slightly early check-in, so we had to wait until 3 PM, which was a bit inconvenient after traveling. Be aware if your flight is landing earlier in day. Still, the staff was kind, and the overall experience was positive.

We miscalculated our trip and ended up arriving a day earlier than planned. Because of this, we had to book an extra night at the same hotel before our original reservation. The room we booked for that extra night was a lower category than our original one, but the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading us for free so we wouldn’t have to switch rooms the next day. They checked us into a freshly renovated room, which was beautiful but had a few minor issues, like missing hangers, bathroom sprinklers, and no working desk. As soon as we mentioned it, the staff responded incredibly fast—everything was fixed in less than an hour! They were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the standout features was the amazing sound insulation in the room. Even though the hotel is located in the heart of Rome, right in the busiest tourist hub, the room was completely silent—pure peace in the middle of the city! Overall, we were very impressed with their service and couldn’t be happier with our experience.

I cant say I didnt like anything, but the only thing that was missing from this experience in there rooms was the complementary items in the mini bar or even drinking water, we had to buy everything consumable on a daily bases like the drinking water (note: the coffee and Tea was complementary) but we cant have them without the water :-)

Brilliant hotel. There was a very nice overall feel to the whole place and it was in an absolutely amazing location right in the centre of everything which greatly benefited our stay in Rome. The lobby was good, the staff were very welcoming and attentive as they helped myself and my girlfriend numerous times whilst providing lots of advice. The room was nice and clean, a nice stay however the room is slightly small but not that it was a big issue. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Rome.

The only slight issue was that the room was slightly on the smaller side, there could be some more space, particularly in the bathroom and wardrobe, however, neither was a big issue.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 9Hotel Cesari in Rome, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the friendly staff. The hotel's elegant decor and modern amenities made me feel right at home. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the hotel's incredible location. We were within walking distance to all of Rome's most iconic landmarks, including the Colosseum, Vatican City, Fontana di Trevi, and so much more. We spent our days exploring the Eternal City's ancient ruins, indulging in delicious Italian cuisine, and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere.

Cute hotel in central location. Perfect for getting to all main attractions by walk or short ride with electric scooter. Very nice rooftop bar and helpful staff. Overall nice stay but I wish they pay bit more attention to cleanliness and breakfast options.

Bathroom was not super clean, there was limescale in the sink and in the shower which for 250e/night should not be present. There was also soap missing on the first day and some towels on the second. We asked for it and received it but I wish this was there from the beginning as it’s a basic thing. During our stay also cleaner didn’t clean the shower so limescale was building up more on the glass shower door etc. We got bottle of water only on the arrival but not the second day.

Location was perfect! Walkable to most attractions, proximity to great restaurants and amenities. Hotel team was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was a good add—on.

this is our second time here in 2 years. We love the location of the property. Its literally minutes from all the main sites. The rooftop terrace is exceptional - we had friends staying in other hotels, but everyone came here for a pre dinner drink and nibble before heading out each evening. breakfast up there also very enjoyable each morning. Front desk staff are exceptional and so happy to always welcome you. They helped us book transfers, print out documents etc. they were terrific. its a great place to stay.

Perfect location, good room size, gorgeous rooftop

Extremely loud at night, garbage trucks & trucks that wash the streets come every night. It’s very loud when they come through, when they throw bags of glass in the trucks. Even though the location is prime and the ambiance at night is amazing, you will hear tourists walk by at night. It’s not ideal for a light sleeper. The second thing I didn’t like was the menu selection at the rooftop bar.
