We had one front desk staff that helped us at check in and throughout the weekend (I so apologize, I can't remember his name - maybe Anthony???) and he was wonderful! Everyone else was great, but he was over the top nice and friendly!!! We had 4 rooms. Our kids all had newly renovated rooms, ours was original but bigger - so I rated it on the room we stayed in. The hotel was beautiful! Don't stray from some of the old design. It is kept it pristine condition (like the dining area) and it was lovely.

Our room was dark and defiantly time for a renovation (which I know is coming). Would have like a bit more fruit at the buffet - but can't say any of it was bad. We had a LOVELY time.

Wow. We were limited to staying near Termini in order to catch an early train on our departure, and resigned ourselves to settling for lesser accommodation… How happy we were to be wrong! Hotel Canada has blown us away. This is a true boutique hotel, with careful thought and style put into its property. There is Roman flair in the decor, without being tacky or soulless, plus little touches like the chilled-water dispenser, library area, proper bathrobes and slippers… The much-mentioned breakfast is worth it, with a small but freshly replenished selection of hot and cold Continental dishes. The staff are truly lovely. Thank you to all we interacted with or simply passed by in greeting. Great housekeeping, an especial mention of them. I also suspect we were kindly upgraded to a junior suite, which was very spacious, elegant, and had the largest bed we’d come across! Now, the good things about the location - because there are a few: extremely close to Termini whilst being on a nicer street for the area. Quiet location to return to after long days in the chaos of the popular centre. Supermarket and laundromat within 5-10mins walk. We enjoyed looking out the window to see nuns on their morning jaunt down one street, and soldiers going down another.

We tried walking to the big sights from here, and while doable it wasn’t ideal in August with a child. If you’re fine with planning your routes a little and using the buses and metro (which are good) then it’s no issue!

We had a great stay at the Canada Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were happy about the elevator because of our 2 kids. The breakfast ( i think continental - with eggs and ham, cheese, caffee/tea, veggies/fruits, pastry) was very good and they did have options for everyone. They also have a bistro where we could grab a quick bite, icecream and drink something. The location in very good ( bus and metro stations within walking distance from the hotel, a quiet and safe area, shops in the proximity). Also the room was spacious , very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. We received water at the arrival and a small present for the kids and also at the departure…Thank you again for that! 😊 We recommend staying at the Canada Hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thought the room and facilities were beautiful overall, and I was particularly impressed by the bathroom (gorgeous!). The whole suite was nicely updated and was plenty of room for two people. The interior design was really well done!

The hotel served our purposes as we only stayed for one night as we came in from the train station and needed to leave from the train station the next day. It is really close to the train station so that was convenient for us, but if you were staying to try to see all of the landmarks like the Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, Spanish Steps, etc, it is a bit of a walk.

Rooms are amazing, it looks like some one pay attention to each detail of the room 2 mirrors, place to laggage and so on Breakfast is really good: eggs, pies, cheeses, hams, local bread, vegetable fruits, yogurts Amazing staff

I think that during our stay the hotel was over booked, first time we have to wait 12 minutes to seat at the table for breakfast and then more than 10 minutes for coffee, another day we waited much more and I had to ask about bread o tomato - all was empty ( the staff fixed it faster and bring new) And I could hear about all things what was happen in nearest rooms So as for me overpriced ( 650+ euros for 3 nights and weight for breakfast… )

This hotel is a real gem - an absolutely gorgeous place that is super well run and a complete pleasure to stay in. My room was lovely: frescoes on the ceilings, period furniture, great historical art on the walls, etc. The whole place is full of character and kept to a very high standard - the lobby and building as a whole are also beautiful. Staff are excellent, very good communication and kind and sweet, helpful people. Breakfast was excellent and the berry crostata was out of this world. Everything was on point and in good condition. I couldn't believe what great value for the money this place was. Oh, and even though it is is near a biggish road the windows block out all the sound. Overall a stunning property and a very comfortable, inspiring stay, thank you!

The location of this hotel is excellent! Quiet at night and located close to all main attractions. If you love walking you can easily walk to the Vatican and other beautiful attractions around. The room was just gorgeous. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast room is great with an excellent selection of food. There are also a couple of restaurants just down the street that offer great seafood pasta and wine! We highly recommend this hotel if you wish to sleep and relax in a beautiful setting in Rome.

We had a junior suite which was spacious with vaulted, frescoed ceilings. It was quiet so we left the windows open at night. The location was very.close to the metro and just a 10 minute walk from Termini train station. We often finished the day by getting off the metro or bus at Termini station, picking up some fruit from a street stand, and taking home pizza from a pizzeria a couple blocks from the hotel. BTW, the breakfast is outstanding and you shouldn't book a room without it. It became our main meal of the day.

The hotel is replacing the main elevator and the second one, while quaint and old fashioned, is tiny.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and nice. The room was clean. We like the yard between the buildings where you could spend some time in the evening.

The room was a bit small, there was no mini fridge although there was enough space for one especially that we stayed in late august when there were 35 degrees so the only cold beverages we could drink were at the nearby bars and restaurants. The cleaning staff were a bit noisy on every morning and the door wasn't so sound proof so you could hear everything that was going on in the hallways,

It’s a beautiful hotel. It made us feel like we were in Rome, and living in that era of time. The rooms were tastefully decorated. They provided all we needed for a comfortable stay. If you wanted breakfast, they had great choices to enjoy. The elevator is a huge plus with all our luggage. Restaurants were close to the hotel, and Roma Termini Train station was a 7 min walk.

The property was fine. We had to order Taxi’s more often than we anticipated. Many of the attractions were too far to walk to with our friend.
