The size of the room is bigger than most hotels in Japan, and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. The location was close enough to a station, but out of the chaos of the main parts of town. The breakfast was nice with lots of options and the aircon worked well.

The mattress was on the firmer side and the pillow as a hybrid bean/foam pillow. I'm a fussy sleeper, so this probably isn't as much of an issue for other people.

- great location by 2 subway lines - staff are so kind and helpful even though there is a language barrier they try and help - you can help yourself and get little bits like soaps, face creams etc all from outside reception - new towels every day and cleaning on 4th day - breakfast is nice but it gets very busy! They have bread and jam so even if you don’t want Japanese food for breakfast you can have something.

- check in at 4pm is late but they do store your bags for you when you are waiting to check in and after checking out. - i had a single occupancy room, and that means you only get 1 pillow for the bed.

The hotel was really close to a metro station and a 10-20 minute walk to multiple train stations. It's also in a calmer area with plenty of non-touristy restaurants nearby. The room was small, but there was enough room for 2 people with suitcases. Everything was fine. The breakfast was. Nothing special, but decent enough. The staff was nice and the hotel offered all the usual amenities. Definitely a good value and I would stay again.

The bed was so hard.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast included in the hotel booking. Lots of food options. We were on the ninth floor and it was quiet all six nights of our stay. Helpful staff. Rooms were basic but clean. Perfect for us. Could use more clothes hanging space but not unusually small for a Japan hotel accommodation. Close to a metro station. Highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Bath venting did not work well in our room, and the bathroom stayed steamy for awhile after bathing.

The staff was super friendly and the room also very nice! It may be a small room but i thought it was more than enough space! Breakfast was different sweet breads and a bag with a Sandwich and an onigiri which we sadly couldnt eat because we are vegetarians. That was to be expected though so it was fine! The Location is very near to a lot of shopping places but farther from sights like Osaka castle or Dotonbori but again that was no problem since the metro was pretty near.

I missed breakfast by about 20 minutes on my last day, but the catering staff fixed up a perfect takeaway breakfast for me, they were extremely helpful and went out of their way, anywhere else it would have been tough luck, so my full gratitude to the breakfast staff 👌🤗

Couldn't work out how to use tv, couldn't switch the damm thing off, no sound, but actually it didn't bother me to much as it saved me having a background light on to use bathroom, just a little niggle

It is very well located near some good restaurants and in the proximity to metro and bus. Breakfast was decent(you don't starve). The personnel are very helpful and friendly, they don't speak English a lot but with translation and patience you can get their help if needed. Probably I will try other properties if I have the chance especially since now I know that they have a couple in Europe!

The rooms are quite small for two people even for Japan but for the amount of money that you pay probably you wouldn't expect too much.

Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is good, about 20 minutes walk from Osaka station. You don't have to walk too far to find good eating areas. We thought the breakfast was good for a free inclusion. There was a reasonable variety of decent food and it was filling. The washers and dryers were a little cheaper than other places we've stayed in Japan. The staff were nice.

We didn't have any complaints.

This hotel seems simple but has many services that a business or private traveler can ask for. I temporarily needed to print something and the hotel happens to have a printer. They also have coin washing machines, power banks, buffet breakfast, purified water machine at the lobby, so very comprehensive actually.

In general the overall experience matched the price. It would be great if Toyoko could provide package sending services, but it is not a must.

Great stay, all amenities, confortable room. Walking distance of shopping avenue with countless eateries, few minute walk from train stations and a variety of convenience stores. Pijama provided in reception very comfortable. Free breakfast not amazing, but plentifully and good enough!

Right on top of motorway. My room was facing the back and VERY QUIET, but front facing rooms might not be that lucky. I recommend asking for quiet room.
