Great location. Family Mart connected to lobby. Coffee place next door. Yokohama Station just a few minutes walk from the North East exit. Room size was worth it for the price.

This was our very first trip to Japan. Our family of 3 stayed in connecting rooms for 7 days. It was great! The location near the Yokohama station was really convenient for both local trips around Yokohama and for easily traveling to & from Tokyo for sightseeing. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They greeted us with smiles whenever we entered or exited the building. They facilitated the shipping of our luggage to our next destination in Osaka. We were on the side of the hotel with the train tracks and even on the 14th floor, the noise can be a slight bother. The hotel offers ear plugs and a host of other amenities at no additional cost. We appreciated having the laundry room in the hotel. We frequented the Family Mart next door for drinks, snacks, & even hot meals. The coffee house next door has decent sandwiches and meals as well. Overall, this was the perfect place for our 1st time in Asia. We would definitely return on a future visit.

The only negative is the lack of closets or drawers. There is a small area for hanging a few items, but no place to unpack.

Standard Sotetsu chain hotels. The location is steps away from Yokohama station, so it's very convenient for all types of traveler who wants to use Yokohama as their base e.g. to explore Minato Mirai or Kanagawa prefecture. Perfect for anyone going to concert at K-Arena too.

Due to normal size of Japanese hotel room, it might be a bit tricky opening up suitcases. Sotetsu hotels normally recommend putting suitcases underneath the bed so a bit cumbersome to drag it out or put it back underneath the bed.

Fantastic hotel to stay in! It is conveniently located near Yokohama station which makes travelling easy and accessible. There is a family mart just beside the hotel and many shopping malls nearby which was awesome. The hotel staff were also friendly, professional and helpful. The room itself was fantastic! It had all the amenities we needed and it was very clean too. The housekeeping team also did a great job in making up our room on the third night of our stay. The Wifi was fast and stable and the TV had a good selection of channels. I was initially worried about the loud train sounds from other reviewers as I am a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, and while I can still hear certain trains passing by due to the type of tracks they are driving on, it did not affect my sleep quality at all and I did not even need the ear plugs!

Great location and a great price. The staff was very helpful and had a translation device for when our mutual skill in English/Japanese wasn't enough. The location was truely steller - my kids were up at all hours, and I was able to walk them around outside in the middle of the night while feeling perfectly safe. A 5k had just occurred and my husband was able to walk them around the 5k path while the sun rose. My only complaint would be that the restaurant was very crowded and it was difficult to find a seat at breakfast time. 100% would book again.

Close to Yokohama Station, so easy to access metro and train lines. Breakfast was included in the price. Good sound isolation of the window, significantly reducing road and railroad noise. Large variety of amenities available for free. Coin laundry was very practical. Staff was very helpful. WiFi was super fast at least in the morning :-) (was OK in the evening)

Cleaning on every third day was promised but first, we needed to ask for it (on the fourth day). English knowledge of the staff wasn't always satisfactory (depending on the staff member). Toilet paper was too thin...

It was very close to Yokohama station although trying to fid your way in and out of Tokyo/Yokohama train stations requires an astro-physics degree and level of patience beyond parenting the average teenager. The staff were friendly and looked after our luggage until we came back later in the day. They also had free to use pjs which was really helpful to save opening up suitcases etc.

Nothing they can really do. We had two adjoining rooms. Our two sons' twin room was a pretty decent size whereas the double room was pretty tight. It's a Tokyo/Yokohama thing but just don't expect huge space.

Location is near the station but you will be on the other side of all the restaurants and other establishments. There are pros and cons with that. Pros are the area where you are is more quiet, not very busy at night, and not close to any bar so no drunk people near. Cons is if you want to go visit those restaurants, stores and shopping area - be ready to walk. There is a convenience store and restaurant attached to the hotel which is a plus.

Lobby is a bit small but no problem if you won't use it during your stay. Like not enough room to pack/unpack in case you need to before flying out or transferring to your next hotel.

The breakfast was provided by Beck's Cafe next door, however, could be accessed through the hotel. There was a set menu of 3 choices and all were extremely tasty. It was only a 2-minute walk to the Yokohama train station so for those who want to explore Japan by their own means this makes this hotel a perfect place to stay.

We had an adjoining room as there was 4 people and found that the room with the 'double' bed (was smaller than a double to for two people) was a little squishy. As westerner's you may want to book 2 rooms with single beds as the rooms and beds were bigger, especially if you want a good night's sleep.

We recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama for four nights, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so it's easy to find whatever you need. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and value for money!

The only downside was the noise from the trains at night, which could be a bit disruptive at times. However, using earplugs easily solved this issue, so it didn’t bother us too much.
