great hotel for the price. Rooms are a bit cramped but the decor is much more comfortable than the standard hotel in Japan. A little bit like a Disney themed hotel, which my young children appreciated. Location is easy and convenient.

Breakfast was only possible by reservation in advance. Understandable, but at the same time the restaurant was itself empty, meaning it was a policy not a practical issue. We found a great buffet breakfast at a nearby hotel without the same issue and it had a better selection of food for the same price, so we were frankly happy in the end.

Location was the highlight. Close to all the attractions of Ginza. With 2 very close metro stations and a 10-15 minute walk to Tokyo station

As a rule the staff were friendly and helpful but one young man spoiled it. Unfortunately I don't have a name but he was rude and demonstratively aggressive. He ordered pointing us to sit in the lobby while we waited for him to get some medication from the refrigerator. When he bought it out in a sealed bag he ordered me to sign the release form without allowing me to see what was in the package. It was not just his actions but the manner in which they were delivered. Clearly he is in the wrong job at the front office of a hotel which otherwise is a great option for a stay in Tokyo

Comfortable beds - each larger than a twin bed (maybe a 3/4 size). Nice amenities - even pjs provided! Handy fridge & a convenience store next door. Charming restaurant-part of the hotel.

All of the staff were wonderful except one a female member who seemed to be in charge. She was rude and abrupt and not helpful at all. Not just to use but other guests it was like she was on a power trip. I wouldn't go to the counter when she was on. The breakfast was a bit disappointing it was the same every day and very little fine for me but not my husband. Other than that lived that it was right next door to 711 and not far from Tokyo station. I felt I had a Parisian experience while in Tokyo staying here old would charm

Great location in Ginza with great access to shops, restaurants and subway lines. It’s a lively area but pretty peaceful at night. There’s a big 7-Eleven downstairs as well as a Lawson and Family Mart on the next street. Really liked the twin room’s decor and bathroom tiles. Sure there were some signs of wear (like the cupboard door not closing properly) but overall it’s a lovely room with all the basics and more (like an in-room coffee machine!) to make your stay comfortable. They also let you pick out some skincare products like sheet masks, moisturiser etc upon check-in which was nice.

As pretty as the bathroom was, the shower was at a very odd, almost upright angle. The hotel also doesn’t seem to allow guests to adjust the AC temperature. You would need to contact the front desk to have them remotely adjust it for you. Fair enough, but if you’re expecting guests in mid-November you could at least preset the room AC so it’s on heat mode by default. The first night was so cold!

It’s a great place to stay right in the city centre, with all amenities needed inside for a tourist (they even give out unlimited face masks/heating masks/other beauty and wellness products upon arrival!). Special shoutout to the 24/7 convenience store located right next to the hotel — can’t count the number of times we went there — and a LOVELY basement izakaya around the corner. Definitely explore the areas around the hotel, as it also has the most famous omurice in Ginza just a few blocks away.

In general, everything was great, but somehow the hotel was situated in between the stations we didn’t really use. There is a metro right inside the hotel (we discovered the entrance a bit late), but it wasn’t relevant at all for our trips. All the other stations are at least 6 mins walk away, which may not sound like a lot, but were a bit annoying in summer heat when we wanted to get to places asap.

The hotel is in a great location to explore the Ginza district or to take one of the many public transport options to other parts of Tokyo. The staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful in letting us store our luggage for (nearly) a full day. In general, the decoration of the hotel makes it come across pitoresque/French, which is a nice change of scenery compared to the many business hotels one can find in Tokyo. The rooms are on the small side (as is common in Tokyo), but very clean!

The rooms are less modern than some of the newer business hotels in the Ginza area. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast seemed too expensive to us, so we did not opt for it. However, the restaurant itself looked very nice from the outside! Nearby Tokyo Station is huge! So be careful in planning your (public transport) trip to the hotel as the required exits/transits might make your trip longer than it looks on the map

My fault but the Ginza area is not for me and to far out from the centre I also did not know that if I misplaced my room card key I would have to pay that should have been explained to me on check in

Excellent location: close to Tokyo Station and Ginza Street. Although the rooms are relatively small, they are minimally furnished and you can enjoy all the comfort. All cosmetic and personal care products are effective. The cleanliness of the room is perfect, the bed linen and towels are impeccable and changed daily. Breakfast is a fusion of Italian and Japanese food, the musical atmosphere with Italian songs, completes the warm and cheerful atmosphere manifested by the restaurant staff.

The hotel staff did not seem very friendly to me.
