Airport bus right next to hotel, great for early morning flights. Very nice and helpful staff. Room with enough space for big luggage.

I like the 180 degrees view, the tokyo bay , the square of the room , the free things like toothpaste etc… The bed is really comfortable, the staff is nice . It’s a really good experience. I’ll be back .😊

Located right next to the Shinagawa seaside station on the Rinkai line with a nice view of the sea, accompanied by the pleasant breeze. Staff is extremely courteous and very helpful, despite the language barrier. Guests get paid access to the 24 hour Anytime Fitness gym which is huge and well appointed. The gym is on the ground floor of the same building. The complex which houses Loisir also has some nice cafes, a 24/7 Lawsons departmental store, besides a pilates centre. Cabs are available round the clock.

The Rinkai metro line which is closest to the hotel is not directly connected to the major stations. As a result your commuting time increases as you have to change trains.

Reception was on the 16th floor which confused us to start with as we wandered around the building. The rooms are quite small.

Location was just beside Shinagawa Seaside station, making it very easy to access public transportation to get around. The Airport Limousine Bus also stops just outside the hotel, making it very easy to get to Haneda Airport, even with big heavy luggages. The staff were very accomodating, polite and helpful with answering my questions. The room was quite spacious and comfortable for a solo traveler. I chose this location for its close proximity to the Disney parks, and Haneda airport. It took 30mins by public transport to get to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea, and 30mins by Limousine Bus to get to Haneda Airport.

Honestly my stay of 3 nights was perfect -- if there is room for improvement, I would say that the rooms could have come with more amneties (i.e. personal grooming kit, tea, coffee, etc).

The hotel was comfortable and easy to get to from the nearest metro station just infront of the hotel entrance. Also convenient if you are traveling to/from Haneda airport just 20 minutes away via taxi from the hotel. Friendly staff. We had our luggage sent from Kyoto via Takkyubin and it arrived in excellent condition. There is a Lawson on the basement floor easlily accessible from the hotel lobby via the main access lift, perfect to get water and pastries. The restaurant was confortable, with panoramic views looking over the bay area from above (the hotel lobby is on the 16th floor, all room floors are above).

The hotel offers smoking rooms and we had to reserve a smoking room because there was no other availability (both of us are ex-smokers). This was fine with us but noticed smoke on areas that are non-smoking and this may be a bit uncomfortable if you are not a smoker. The breakfast buffet was somewhat limited and could be improved.

The location of the hotel was appropo. It was right under the Shinagawa Seaside subway and it was easy to get to anywhere. Room was adequate, Carpet is aging but otherwise for the price it was good. Hotel has a coin operated laundry service, which is useful. Amenities are available outside just as you board the elevator to the rooms.

I tried the breakfast only once during and my stay and since I am a vegetarian there was not much to my liking. Cereals choices were minimal. No regular black tea (only Japanese/Ulong available). Boiled egg served cold. Secondly the hotel was unable to print a bill for the stay. They asked me to contact booking. So this was unusual

A great location and a grand view of the port through the hotel room window. The exceptionally generously spaced modern lobby and common area on the reception floor. The room was very quiet, and provided air ventilation by the window, an air cleaner, and hotel-standard amenities. An easy access to the Haneda airport, with only one- station transfer by the Rinkai Railway to the Tokyo Monorail. The hotel reception is on the 16th floor of a business building, situated inside the commercial quarter 'Shinagawa Forest.' The hotel offers direct access on its basement floor, to the entrance to the Shinagawa Seaside train station. Thus no need to go outside and look for the main entrance to the building. The mega size food & goods chain store, 'Aeon Style,' in the adjacent building, among other eateries in sight. It was an enjoyable location to spend the last few days of my stay in central Tokyo!

The hotel room, though comfortable, could be refurbished, as the furniture looked a bit worn out, and the carpet had old stains and thus could be shampooed or replaced to upscale the total image of the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for tourists who don’t mind a bit of distance from the most touristy places. The room was nice and spacious enough for me; the carpet does look a bit old but everything else looked spotless. There isn’t a kettle in the room but hot water is provided in the lobby along with other amenities. There are several convenience stores right downstairs and a lot of places to eat in the area.

Nothing too serious but I’m putting these down just for future reference: The rooms are centrally controlled and so I was kind of chilly. The laundry facilities (especially the dryer mode) can be ineffective. The hotel is only part of the building shown in the image and finding the lobby when first arrived is a bit tricky (tho there are signs).

I love the staffs. They are all kind,happy to talk to and very hospitable. They are very helpful,too,in every DIY trip we had. Also, there are few Filipino workers around the area who will really help you every step of the way on your DIY trips. Japanese people are very kind and they will also one of the best people on earth. Definitely we will go back. Arigatou gozaimashi. 😇💖

Actually, I like everything except that the rooms doesn't have heaters (living room area) and that the carpet of the room is a little bit untidy. But the staffs who clean the rooms are very friendly and accountable so it made us easier to adapt and the hotel is very guest-friendly.
