Very central and accessible, just a stone's throw away from the Tokyo station (Yaesu Central Exit). There's lot of shopping and food areas, and it's a few minutes walk to the Imperial palace. The rooms were spacious and it's a better alternative to Airbnb since the cleaners helped tidy up our room everyday and it was so convenient!

Its proximity to Tokyo station, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, everything was new and well maintained. Most significantly, the service was friendly, courteous and efficient. Special thanks to Watanabe-San who went to great lengths to help us with filing a lost and found report and navigating the processes with the train authorities and police. We are so grateful for her assistance with making phone calls and helping with translations. We will be back and now view the Oakwood Premier Tokyo as our home in Tokyo!

Nothing really. The selection at breakfast could be improved perhaps by some variations daily but the quality of the food and service is good.

THis hotel is perfectly located, right next to the Yaesu North exit from Tokyo Station...just a 3 minute walk. This makes it incredibly easy to get around the city or take longer rail trips. It occupies the upper floors of an office building, with fairly open views. On the reception floor, there is a lounge/bar for light refreshment. The rooms are not especially large, but one has a fully-equipped kitchen area with laundromat, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc; a small living areas with sofa and TV and a good sized bedroom/bathroom with bath and shower. There is a buffet breakfast option, but we went next door to Sarabeth's (a New York institution) for excellent dishes at the same price (or less). There is also a Daimaru department store just inside the station with an excellent range of restaurants on the top floors. Also, a Watson's convenience store in front of the hotel entrance. All in all, an excellent choice for a brief stopover in Tokyo.

Thank you to our very good receptionist this time ( last time we were not fortunate to). Sorry I forgot his name. He was genuinely friendly, help with all we need to know during our stay ( Christmas Special treats) and joining the hotel membership to obtain discount for breakfast, which is always excellent. Won back my confidence with this hotel to replace stern staff with friendly and welcoming staff.

The food at breakfast is excellent but items may run low and slow to replace. Short of vegetables and kiwi one day. Maybe they don’t actually have a kitchen there ????

The staff at Oakwood Premier are incredibly supportive and welcoming. The room exceeded my expectations from its pictures. I especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness of the room is consistently superb, thanks to the attentive housekeeping service. Lawson, the grocery store, is conveniently located just 4 meters away from the main entrance. The complimentary 24-hour coffee in the lobby was a delightful bonus. Thank you, Oakwood Premier, for a fantastic stay—I'll definitely be returning.

Taxis often struggle to find the main entrance; it would be helpful to have clear signage outside.

The staff were very competent in English and helpful. The room is spacious. Prime convenient location.

I wish they provide daily housekeeping

Essentially unbeatable location right by Tokyo station. Perfect after arriving from a long flight or journey etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment itself was spotless and basically just a nice hotel with a kitchen. Very nice to have a full size fridge instead of the tiny hotel room ones I'm used to. Overall a very comfortable stay and a good price considering the location and quality. The bar area is also nice to relax in.

Slight confusion over entering the property for the first time. There's a discreet intercom by the right hand side of the door which you need to use to call reception the first time you enter (before you have your key fob). I think they could signpost this a little better for first time visitors.

Good location near to tokyo station lot of shops and restaurants nearby limousine bus service to narita airport was available at doorstep good breakfast and coffee and tea was available all time in lounge overall very good experience to live with all amenities

You’re basically living in a nice high-end luxury apartment a handful of steps from the entrance to Tokyo station. Secure entry, luxury decor, attentive staff perfect lounge great breakfast close to museums and art and multiple other stations besides Tokyo station literally everything you need laundry comfortable beds nice views there’s really nothing negative to say about staying here. We had a Very large one bedroom apartment on a high floor.

Location. Next to Daimaru and JR Tokyo Station. Apartment is of good size and well maintained. Airport bus stops right below the hotel. Staff are friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

Cleanliness of bathroom is lacking. There is still a stench (smells like dried pee) even after housekeeping. Front desk staff requires more training and improvement in service quality. Asked for help on restaurant reservation at Daimaru and was told that I can walk in instead. Had to take the first airport bus at 7 plus in the morning the next day. Was told that ticket machine was already closed for the day and I had to go down early the next morning to secure tickets before the bus arrives at 7 plus. I walked by the ticket machine after dinner and realized that tickets could be purchased online. This is a very basic but important info that all the front desk staff should know and inform the guests.
