This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this hotel, the fastest check-in & check-out I’ve seen all life, they gave me all what I need, basically they exceeded my expectations. Many thanks to Mr. Abdurahman the duty manager who appreciates the number of times I stayed at the hotel.

I requested non-smoking room, but I was shocked !! the smell of smoke was strong, I complained about this but they justified that they cannot control the guests in their rooms. I will upload a photo showing an ashtray inside the room even though it is non-smoking room !!!! Room service is very slow, and the furniture, especially the carpets, need to be replaced as they are old and worn out.

Everything was good except the pillows was very bad

The pillows were very bad We didn’t like for a five star hotel charging for ordering ice in the room There water was very worm They could of put few bottles of water in the fridge This was very surprising for us Not used to five star hotel charging for ice They should of had a better pillows Also the cleaning personnel are not trustworthy Things disappear without reason

everything! would like to thank Rahaf at the reception. we had booked a deluxe category and rahaf gave us an excellent deal where we got upgraded to junior suite. the difference was hardly anything and the deal was so tempting that we couldn’t deny. loved the view, room, facilities like free entry to club lounge rotana on 42 floor… would love to thank Hasán in club rotana lounge too. kind, polite and friendly. he assisted us well. especially when he learned that we are Vegetarians he made sure we don’t go hungry. thanks Hasan. would definitely recommend and will be staying here again! Abdali mall is like 2-3 mins walk.

The location and the view were phenomenal

The bath tub was leaking every time I flushed it. House keeping didn’t dry out the water properly.

Central location and close to shopping mall. High floor and view to d city.

1. Male Housekeeping come into the room when I was changing my cloth at the open bathroom. Almost give me a shock. The whole experience is super uncomfortable. 2. Shower room floor water always ponding, water from d shower head drop on the door and flow out to d open bathroom make the floor wet & messy. 3. I upgraded the room to high floor, end up at the 25th floor facing a construction site. Very disappointed

Hassan El Shaib at 42 floor Receptionists is a very nice guy and highly professional employee I ever seen in 5 stars hotel by providing very fast service and nice in dealing and welcoming the guests.

bath robe was not available and when I asked for it this took about 30-40 min to bring it .

The hotel is amazing and a very warm recommendation to anyone travelling to Amman. It is located in the new part of Amman right next to a shopping mall and a boulevard with all the restaurants, and still only 10 mins away from old city center with Uber. The hotel is very clean, stylish and modern; we had a room on the 10th floor with an amazing view over the entire city. Staff there was super nice and helpfull.

The one thing we did not like is the fact that right next to the hotel there is a popular night club so unfortunatelly there was very loud music for both nights that we stayed there until 2am. That is the only downside to the location of this hotel, all the rest is just great.

The room was nice and spacious. It had an amazing view of the city and was functional in terms of the amenities that were offered. One of my favorite things was the view from the lounge on the 42 floor. The Wi-Fi was fast and allowed for business meetings to be conducted without a problem. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I cannot really think of much. The only thing would possibly be the expense for an extra bed. We wanted a specific room type due to it being stated to have better views but that room type also only offered one bed. The room was more than big enough for two beds to be standard option.

Location was perfect.

Not a fan of breakfast, presentation. Had to ask for basic items like tea/coffee, cucumber and napkins. We asked 3 times never received cucumber. There response for napkins was that they had a party the day before. There should be a thermos or at least self service tea coffee machine. This caused long wait times.

Rooms and room service were amazing! Beds were fabulous. Breakfast was included but not opened long before we had to leave first Petra but it looked amazing. Got a coffee to go - speedy service dies not exist. The dinner restaurants and bar were deserted so it felt odd eating there in the hotel but there were not many choices in the mall except for fast food so room service was a good option and food was great. The front desk was slow, confused, and couldn’t check a briefcase as we had a laptop in it.

Service was slow, not kind, not helpful.
