Room was nice and clean with good air con. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fine at the restaurant that is connected to the hotel and it was very centrally located to the tourist area.

If you are a light sleeper then you may get woken up by the lifts/some sort of machine in the connected building. Also you can hear the street which during busy weekend means its not so quiet. Its fine if you are also out amongst the party and its what you trade off for being so close to the main strip.

Complimentary breakfast was terrific. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Location could not have been better.

I was surprised that payment in pesos was calculated according to the daily exchange rate of USD. As Canadians, this increased our costs significantly; we paid far beyond what we had budgeted for several months ago based upon the price listed on booking.com. We expected it to be noisy, and it was, given the location.

Location was right off of the main road and blocks from the beach - couldn't ask for a better spot! Some rooms have better windows/views than others, but were large rooms in size and bathrooms were in great shape! The included breakfast was a nice, light fruit and toast at the Italian restaurant downstairs. Plan to keep some cash to tip the kind wait staff since you'll be served at a table!

The shower heads could use replacement as they seemed old and the nozzles were splayed. Our biggest dislike was the music and noise throughout the night both from the connected restaurant and street.

Excellent location. The reception staff were very friendly. We could hear some sounds of artists on the streets at night, but it didn't bother us at all. The water in the shower in the morning takes a while to heat up, but that's okay. Breakfast at the Italian restaurant just below was a great and delicious option. It was really worth being at the hotel. Thanks!

Hotel is close to the main tourist areas, but is far enough from the main party area, so the room was quiet. They had a water dispenser for you to refill your water bottle and the breakfast was light and nice (fruit, yogurt, granola, and toast). Staff is nice and helpful. One of the reception staff members is able to help you book excursions at at good price.

There were no blankets available at the room, so you might get cold during the night if you keep the AC on.

the night attendant gave me a lecture of how many times drunk people brake things and jealous husbands breaks doors!! or let other people in their rooms , ( i’m traveling alone, but im it definitely a night working woman) the attendant also walked me all inside my room and told me to go out to smoke ! i’m not a smoker!!!!!or drinker!! it was very weird and rude!

Staff were absolutely lovely! They let me extend my stay. Room had a fridge and there was a water dispenser not far from the room so you could fill up your bottles. The location is right on fifth Avenue so I felt extremely safe as a solo traveller.

The rooms looked over the restaurant which can get a bit loud but I didn’t mind.

The hotel is centrally located - it’s super close to the Main Street and ADO station.

I received the room which was right next to the Italian restaurant so it was super noisy in the evening. The room had no window. There was no welcome water which I believe in this price range should be included. They wanted commission for the room.

Beautiful and clean, spacious room, large bed, excellent aircon, location and breakfast. The receptionist was so kind and lovely. I don’t understand how it is only rated 8 on booking.

Nothing. Breakfast included is (a good) continental. If you want to order more (like a cappuccino, smoothie, eggs) you pay extra. The other menu items are expensive but you get 30% for staying at the hotel.

The staff, both staff at CI and CO were fast and extremely courteous. Great location!

There were no bath amenities at all, the AC did not cool properly but was fine. The room lacks of any windows (that can actually open) and blackouts, the room was not dark at no time.
