The pool was great! Just like the picture shows, very good size, easy steps in and out. Just a few blocks to the main square, Walked a lot! Always felt very safe.

Really nothing we didn't like. Everyone was very helpful. Bellboys Johnny & Adan were both very helpful giving us information and directions and arranging rides. Enjoyed the daily newspaper in the lobby & Selectiones (Readers Digest in Spanish). Included breakfast was perfect & coffee in the room was great too.

Good location. Clean rooms and all the basic necessities were available in the room.

Little mishaps in the communication. The restaurant staff does not speak any English at all and one particular day, a waitress lady was quite rude. Did not ask to top up the coffee or anything, was not attentive at all yet when came to the bill she managed to write down in English ‘tips not included!’ on the cheque. Some simple manners and customer skills would go a long way.

Very nice hotel we highly recommended, the staff A+ We would like to commend Mr.Marat Arevalo and Jessica front desk for exceptional hospitality and always ready to help us, we live in Miami but are planning to go back to Merida and this hotel will be the place we will stay in.

Lovely staff. Particularly Yuri on reception who was so helpful and approachable. Good location and pool.

Only one half of the room was lit! All the lights were over the bed, none on other side of room. As windows overlooked the corridor/internal courtyard , curtains had to be drawn for privacy, so no light through window either.

A nice quiet facility; very clean, and the staff were all very friendly and professional.

Would be nice to have a fridge in the room. Some of the rooms close to the pool may be noisy at times.

From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were so welcoming . The two gentlemen on the desk were exceptional. Johnny did everything to make our stay pleasant . The pool area was gorgeous. Ten out of ten for welcome ,cleanliness and comfort

Very close to the center. Big room and comfortable bed. Pool was open until late. Good value for the price we paid

It is a bit worn down. Bathroom was smelly. Breakfast service always took a bit long.

the staff were so welcoming and friendly. we extended our stay to a whole month and we got to know many of the lovely workers. the housekeepers went above and beyond every day. the cocktails are always perfect. location is fantastic. the room was a good size and beds were comfortable. we felt safe and at home throughout our time. pool is great for kids as there is a shallow side with dividing wall. i recommend for others with kids. the dinner menu is affordable and tasty.

not every day but maybe 40% of the time we found if you go for breakfast in the restaurant in the morning you can sometimes wait for over 45 minutes so it can get frustrating if you had plans to get on with your day.

Bigg room, towels, shampoo available, freezer

There was too many noise due I think a machine outside, bathroom too hot(needs more ventilation), pool was not cleansed daily.
