The room was super clean. Larger than usual bathing area in the bathroom. Breakfast was decent with breads, spreads, cold cuts, boiled egg etc. There were Kocher options too. Very convenient location with Tram stop, 2 supermarkets and other stores in walking distance. Quiet area without tourist rush.

Not enough storage space or a locker in the room. Building not well lit & hence a bit difficult to recognize in the dark. There was running water sound in the room, though could not locate the source.

the breakfast was good, not what we are used to but was lots of options. the room was lovely and clean and very posh looking for the price. our rooms were next to each other which was exactly what we wanted. the staff were lovely and so helpful with any questions we needed answering. the free drinks were lovely for not needing our rooms cleaned every day to be greener.

the room next to us checked in at gone midnight and were very loud when trying to sleep on our last night but that’s a problem with the guests not staff.

The location was the best. Literally 1 block from the tram stop. We parked our car the entire stay and just took the tram into downtown where we could stroll everywhere. I was also next door to two grocery stores that had fabulous snack selections. The room was great as far as size went. The bathroom was also roomy compared to some other places we stayed. The hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was large and wonderful! Also, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and we really appreciated that they spoke English so well. Thank you!

The beds and pillows were not the best as far comfort went. Both were quite firm and stiff which when you've been out on your feet walking all day are not so comforting on sore backs and hips. We also did find an old moldy apple core under our bed, which to be honest could have been easily missed by housekeeping. Still the pluses of this hotel far outweighed any negative issues.

Breakfast was good, selection of your basic breakfast items. Food was fresh and tasty. Location close to the city centre. Easily accessible by tram and train. Good amenities around the hotel. Relatively clean area. Seemed like a safe area too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The communal areas could of been cleaner as there was dirt and dust everywhere. I had a cockroach in my bathroom. My room was relatively clean, but there was noticeable dirty areas. Hairdryer could have been a little more powerful. Wish there were a few more eateries around the area.

Very kind stuff, location is relatively close to the center, it is very well connected by publick transportation, there are a lot of stores nearby, gym and small food places.

Pillows could be softer for my taste, and we had two beds that were pushed close instead of one big 🥹 ac was giving us a trouble, we couldn't cool down temperature in the room. Fridge and toilet brush would be recommended. 😁

The room was lovely and comfortable, and the hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good; indeed, there were no scrambled eggs, but that was not a problem. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, and the beautiful train number 5 took us comfortably to the city center and the main tourist attractions. I will likely choose the same hotel for my next visit to Amsterdam.

It would be much better not to charge 10 Euros for early check-in, as it was quite disappointing.

Everything was great. There is parking at the hotel – €16 per day, free on Sundays. A tram stop is nearby – line 5 goes straight to the city center. The area is quiet, with grocery stores and an excellent Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel. The room was clean and had a coffee and tea-making set. Breakfast was very good – everyone will find something they like. Overall, I highly recommend it.

There was no fridge in the room.

When I arrived there was a problem with the key to my room. The receptionist was apologetic and helpful. She quickly switched me to a different room without any question. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. They were always looking to help. The Kosher breakfast was scant. But more than sufficient for me and my husband. If you are careful with Chalav Yisrael, be careful to check the labeling!

The only water available in the lobby during the day was flavored! I would have appreciated a water cooler without the extras.

+ Breakfast was very good, beds were super comfortable and the room/hallways were quiet and clean. + Staff was also nice and helpful :) + Location couldn't have been better, very close to the airport and it was easy to get from Amsterdam Zuid station to the hotel via tram.

- A small fridge in the room would have been nice, also there was no toilet brush in the bathroom which was a bit weird.
