I really like staff members at reception. They were nice and friendly. Our request to get a room on the higher floor was met so we were both happy. We had 812 room at 8th floor. Room was clean (cleaning every day), ok size. We liked that no one was disturbing us in the morning which I experienced in many other hotels despite "don't disturb left on our doors". Room is all you need for a short stay. There is space for a luggage and to hang your clothes, also a desk, shower in the bathroom, small tv. Hotel is nice and you can eat at the restaurant downstairs or have a drink in the hotel bar. Location is ok, 2 stops to the Airport using Sprinter train and 15 minutes in a bus 22 to the city centre. Nothing interesting in the area, no restaurants or so. If you want to walk to the city centre it's around 45 minutes walk. Overall it was a nice stay and we would come back there.

No kettle with tea or coffee in the room. Snacks and water you can buy at reception but expect a much higher price.

Very close to a metro station, right next to a fast food restaurant if you need a quick meal, the staff were kind and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. The room was small but comfortable, you don't need a huge suite if you're exploring the city all day anyway. The reception has someone there 24/7 if you need extra towels or want to buy a midnight drink or snack, and the hotel even offers umbrellas for rent, which was useful since it rained during our stay. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience here, would recommend!

Wi-Fi sometimes had issues in the morning, but it is free, the water in the shower would momentarily spike up or down in temperature a little, probably when other guests flushed etc. but nothing too major.

As a location, it was perfect, with the Metro just 5 minutes away from the Hotel, making it easy to head straight to the Central. Another bonus was having Burger King next door, which made it easier since I had a 9-year-old and a picky eater.

Unfortunately, we never visited the Hotel's restaurants, as 1) the menu was very limited and 2) the menu, in my opinion, was overpriced. Another thing I didn't like is that the room didn't have the facility of a kettle and some tea/coffee for the guests to enjoy a cup of tea while staying in their rooms.

The bed, duvet and pillows I thought were excellent, the best I have experienced in any hotel recently, very comfy.

I was not keen on some of the breakfast i.e. I love crispy bacon but it was more than crispy - it was too hard/burnt, the toaster which took 4 slices of break made the bread brick hard once you got it toasted to a decent colour so I wasn't impressed by the breakfast. We didn't realise we were a bus journey from the hotel into the centre, which didn't take long and the 22 bus was a very good service but the location of the hotel changed our holiday as we were out all day rather than coming back to the room to go back out later on; I personally prefer being in the centre; this was my fault as didn't read this properly or didn't realise the location.

The room was cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable! It was definitely a highlight. The room and hotel in general was clean and pleasant to be at. Staff were kind and ready to help. The hotel was also quiet.

Depending on what are the plans for the stay, location might be a bit of a weakness. It is not far from the city centre but it is also not that close to quickly go back to the room during the day. However, it is conveniently close to an important train and bus station.

Spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were so lovely and helpful Big thanks to Gajen (sorry i don’t think i wrote is correctly)he went overboard to help us with an issue we had with our car (he helped us find a car service and arrange for us a booking (many thanks you are a star)! Also big thanks to Macieji for helping me prepare a small surprise for my husband birthday(free of charge), We really appreciate the effort this made our stay lovely. Many thanks guys xx

The bathroom it could’ve been better cleaned but overall it was a good stay.

The breakfast was very good. They have lots on offer. They even had a gluten-free option for my partner, which was great. The room was a little small, but we didn't expect it to be massive, as we didn't spend too much time in the room; this didn't bother us too much. The location is about a 25-minute bus ride from the city center. The bus stops are a short walk from the hotel.

The distance to the city center was further than I expected.

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept very well. The staff were very approachable and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The ONLY downside was that there was no coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

Outstanding staff-always pleasant and helpful. Lovely room, comfortable, clean, cosy . Great facilities within the hotel and brilliant access to Amsterdam transport. Perfect location. Sustainability and service ideals of Ibis are exemplary. I had to have medications stored at reception and this was done with care and sensitivity.

I was surprised at the high cost of the stay. My NZ $ cost was $310 per night. No in room fridge, microwave, coffee. Being seniors on a tight budget don’t think I was the targeted guest. I booked through Booking.com and didn’t know about the variable daily rate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was modern, and incredibly clean, with comfortable beds. The location was close to public transport, making it easy to explore the area. From the friendly and attentive staff to the well-kept facilities, everything was just as I hoped.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like – everything was perfect! So, really I have nothing to mention; it was a wonderful experience all around. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality service.
