Staff were very friendly,room was modern and clean. A tram stop literally outside the door straight to the museum district(no.19). We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment but we couldn't fault everything else.Lidl and Italian restaurant 3 min walk away. 10 mins walk from sdloterdijk train station (or 1stop on 19 tram) which was only 2 stops on train from airport. Would be happy to recommend to friends visiting Amsterdam

Not hotels fault, but the area around the tram stop outside hotel had lots of rubbish dumped on paths beside bins and remained there for our entire stay(4 days), this can give a poor impression of area as you arrive,but as I said,not hotels fault so don't let this deter you from booking

We stayed in the XO Hotel Park West for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the stay! To get to the hotel is very easy. From Amsterdam airport, it’s a 10 min train journey and then a 2 min tram journey. The tram stops directly outside the hotel. We arrived late and check in was quick and easy. Staff were really friendly. We requested a double bed before arrival and got our request and stayed in room 716. The room was huge! Only negative was the curtains were disgusting and had horrendous stains on them but other than that, the room was very clean and had everything you need. Getting into central Amsterdam was also a breeze. Tram line outside the hotel goes directly into central Amsterdam and all the tourist attraction's. Great hotel to stay in if you don’t want to stay directly in central Amsterdam and want to pay less. I would 100% stay at the XO Hotels Park West again!

All traveling to every where make it easier. Public transport all close by. Some good restaurants close by. It’s in good location.

Out side don’t look very appealing.

The single room was quiet and very clean. The bathroom was modern and very functional. Wi-Fi performance was more than sufficient for streaming Netflix in HD. The breakfast buffet had all the choices one usually finds in a hotel breakfast, and was quite good. I also liked the M19 tram having a stop right outside the hotel that could take me to the city centre in minutes, and for cheap!

This hotel entirely met my expectations. I have no complaints.

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful. Easy access to 4 restaurants serving Italian, Indian and Chinese food across the road. Quick tram ride to Amsterdam. Single tram stop to Slotedjik train/Metro station. Big, clean family room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room decor looks a little dated but very clean. Has all the basics you need for a good stay. Nothing to complain about.

The room was very clean, everything in place, there was even an iron in the room. We also liked the fact that you can easily check-in and check-out by yourself on the reception desk without needing to wait in line. The breakfast is really good here, nothing special, but everything is very tasty.

It's not a big deal, just a nice to have - we are a couple, but prefer to sleep under separate blankets (I'm sure there are a lot of such people, with different temperature preferences). Unfortunately, there was no additional blanket in the wardrobe. It would be nice to have such an option in the room

Near trains both to airport and downtown to central station.

Tram outside hotel is being renovated until 2025! Make sure you get explicit directions to the train station. It will take about 15 minutes walk. I got lost!!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location is outstanding, easy to access as it is close to the Sloterdijk station which is directly accessible by train from Schiphol. The Molenwerf tram station (Line 19) is also located right outside of the front door you can catch that tram from Sloterdijk to the hotel or just walk. You can use line 19 to easily access the whole city. Or grab the train from Sloterdijk direct to Central Station. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We were able to store our bags when arrived prior to check in and also after we checked out so we could run up to Zaanse Schans for the day prior to departure.

My only complaint was that the beds were a bit firmer than I care for.

We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two elementary school children). We visited by car and stayed in a four-person room (four single beds). Parking was a time-based parking lot attached to the hotel, and the entrance was easy to find. It was also easy to access the hotel. The price was 20 euros per night. Since it was a time-based parking lot, you can park before checking in, go sightseeing in the city, and then return in the evening. Check-in was self-service, but the staff assisted us on the day, so it went very smoothly. It was our first visit to the Netherlands we are very nervous, but the staff had greatful smiles and our family was able to relax. The room was clean and there was plenty of space. We were able to leave one suitcase open. It was also very quiet outside. The breakfast was varied and very delicious, so our family ate a lot. To get to the city center (where the Anne Frank House and the West Church are located), you can take the tram (line 19) right in front of the hotel, but it takes about 20 minutes to get there, and then a 10-minute walk. If child who can walk by themselves, I think it's no problem. Overall, I thought it was an easy place to access.

I don't think there were any particular issues worth mentioning. （If I had to say one thing, it would be that the cushions placed there for decoration were old and had a slightly strange smell. But it didn't affect my stay at all.）

My stay at XO Hotels Park West was overall enjoyable. The hotel offers convenient parking directly below the building, with easy access to the hotel and a rate of around €20 per day. The room was nice and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bed, a coffee machine with two pods replenished daily, and a good internet connectivity. The shower had good water pressure and quality toiletries provided. Although we didn’t have breakfast, we took a look and it seemed like a generous and appealing spread. The self-check-in process was smooth, and there was always someone available to assist when needed.

There were a few aspects that could be better. Upon checkout, I didn’t appreciate having to place the key card back in its slot for the next guest to use without any sanitisation in between - it would have been nice to see some extra care in handling items passed between guests. Additionally, the safe in the room wasn’t functional as it wasn’t connected, which was inconvenient. While most of the stay was positive, small improvements in these areas could enhance the guest experience.
