Our flight got cancelled and we were stranded for four more nights in Lisbon and in the last moment, we decided to book this hotel and it happened to be the best decision and one of the best stays ever! The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful all the time. They were attentive and made us feel welcome during our stay. The hotel has everything for a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was super clean. The pools were amazing. The breakfast was wonderful, with great coffee and of course, traditional portuguese pastries. The restaurant has a varied menu for lunch -even a buffet- and dinner. And the room service was also great and didn't took too long. Coffee by the pool was also excelent, while the kids had a blast. The beach is also not that far away, so we drove there a couple of times. In conclussion, we had a really good time and we are thankful that we "landed" in this hotel!

Is the best hotel to go for Costa da Caparica beaches near Lisbon. Is an efficient hotel, and the check-in and checkout was seamless with good and very polite staff

You need to drive to the beach and that can be complicated in this place (but better access to beach) means much worse hotels… Breakfast is a little bit to crowded and food is ok but not top and there are things that should not happen (they went out of honey for 2 days at least and when we asked to replenish some fillings they checked and replied they only get 2 bottles per day…). The pool is small and little bit crowded. The price, in the end, is not very different from much higher scale hotels in Lisbon/Cascais…

A calm oasis to return to after visits to the beach and bustle of the city. Nice facilities and never overrun with other guests. A fresh and varied breakfast selection. Wonderful staff and an extra thanks to the shuttle bus drivers who were extremely personable and took time to share with us a bit about themselves and the Portuguese way of life. Genuinely gracious and helpful staff. Good room standard and well cleaned. Nice touch with free pastries delivered to the room in the middle of the week.

Lovely hotel in Caparica with great pool and outstanding staff. Very nice, chilled vibe. Beach shuttle available. Caparica is an inexpensive Uber/Bolt trip from the main parts of Lisbon (though you can get unlucky with the road and have it take ages). Hugely relaxing.

Rooms on floor 1 have very little privacy. People on the sun deck or walking down to the pool were less than a couple of metres away. We definitely wouldn’t have sat on our balcony.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Crowne Plaza - Caparica Lisbon! After escaping from a not-so-nice hotel in the center of Lisbon, this place felt like a haven of comfort and hospitality. The staff are absolutely fantastic—super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. A special shoutout to the receptionist and the shuttle driver, who not only made our trips to the beach seamless but also took us to a scenic viewpoint for photos. Such a thoughtful touch! The hotel itself is amazing. The big pool and relaxing saunas were perfect for unwinding, and the breakfast was a real highlight, with so many delicious options to choose from. I also treated myself to the “mom-to-be” massage, and it was such a wonderful experience—I highly recommend it! We’re already looking forward to coming back. Staff were very friendly, courteous and prompt with any requests for housekeeping. Fantastic choice at breakfast and quality of food was excellent. It was also good to see more tables, chairs and umbrellas by the poolside bar this year

It was not clear on Spa facilities and access to indoor swimming pool - needs better communication on check-in or a leaflet/image on room TV to promote better. Also we were not aware of shuttle bus running to closest beach area

Our positive experience started at check in. Exceptionally friendly and helpful as were the staff throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs ie 20 min drive from the centre of Lisbon and 5 min drive to the beaches of Caparica. Facilities at the hotel were very good and, unusually, there were plenty of sun beds around the pool without the battle of towels in the morning. For us, the cherry on the cake was the breakfast - plentiful, fresh and regularly topped up. We would defo recommend and go back.

The lady in the spa was far too obedient to whatever rules she lives for to the point she ended up making what was meant to be a relaxing experience into an almost negative one. She just need to loosen up and be less rulles-based for her sake at least. That unnecessary overjealous behavior aside - our stay was perfect. A great hotel One to return to for sure

The environment was very good for family holidays, with all the facilities available. Both pools,gym and also yoga classes Reception,shuttle driver and all members of staff highly kind and accommodating to our needs. Definitely came back

My family stay was wonderful, despite the fact that Booking.com got my booking a bit wrong. I did pay for a family of 4,yet Booking.com only informed the hotel of 2 adults, leaving the kids out. NOT THE HOTEL FAULT AT ALL Reception was very understanding and managed to accommodate us 4. Grateful for it

Our apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Every day the staff supplied us with coffee, tea, cream and new bottle of waters. We really enjoyed the pool, saunas and massage. Wifi was perfect, there was always place for a car in the parking. Staff was always very kind and helpful. During the stay i had a birthday and I was suprised with cake, sparkle wine and a card with birthday wishes delivered by the staff to my room :) Very grateful!
