Convenient check in with friendly English speaking receptionist. Room was tastefully updated, very clean and soundproofed so no noise was heard from nearby airport or other guests. Restaurant in hotel was prompt, clean and brought the food out quickly serving it hot!

The hotel's airport shuttle service driver was very disrespectful and forced me as a single woman 64 years of age to place my own 23 kilo piece of luggage into the trunk of the hotel's Mercedes Benz Van to the airport The driver refused to cooperate with me and he complained that he had to lift guests luggage all day long and that he would not help me!

It was so good and clean.

Please DO NOT eat at the restaurant in the lobby. The food was GARBAGE, we didn’t eat it because we couldn’t. But still paid €40 for it!

My flight too early for breakfast

Our Saturday flight got canceled so I booked a reasonably priced lodging near the airport to be ready for a rebooked Sunday morning flight. The room, lobby and dining room were clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in an industrial/commercial neighborhood. We took a seven minute stroll to the area, where Google map showed restaurants, on Saturday at 6 pm. Nothing was open. We wound up eating at the hotel restaurant which opened at 7 pm. The selection is limited but the meal was satisfactory. However, the breakfast was very good. The selections had good variety and were well organized. Our shuttle took only 2 minutes to drop us off at Terminal 1.

The neighborhood did not have any restaurants open during our stay when we needed them at 6 pm.

This hotel is conveniently located about 5-10 minutes from the Lisbon International Terminal. It sits in an industrial area and is a bit challenging to reach during rush hour. My room was spacious and clean. Perfect for a one night stay before a morning flight. Thankfully there is a restaurant that serves dinner and breakfast.

There is no airport shuttle, as advertised. You either need to ask the front desk to order a taxi or schedule an Uber. My Uber ride was about 4 euro plus tip. I paid on the high side for my room, but was willing to pay it because I thought an airport shuttle would be available. Without one, it seems a bit expensive for one night. Though, it is in a great location.

The staff are just wonderfull, nothing is too much trouble, they are so friendly and accomodating, I cannot praise them enough ! The Hotel is very close to the Airport, but roads and roundabouts in Lisbon are appalling, and finding the Hotel with our TomTom was extremely difficult ,the Hotel is in an Industrial Area, it's rather strange and off-putting at first, the area seems really run down, but the parking at the back of the Hotel is fine, and you can park for a few minutes at the front entrance if you need to get a baggage trolley ,as we do, and then drive around to the back,while one of you checks in !!

It's not so much that anything was "bad" , I suppose the dinner options are very sparse, not a real restaurant but just a very limited Cafe', and the breakfast was OK, but as a diabetic I can only eat the scrambled eggs which were cold,the bacon which was luke warm, and there are no low carb alternatives ,so I wrapped my bacon in a very bland piece of rubbery ,tasteless cheese, the cold meats were very "processed" type of meat, but there were plenty of nice sweet things for those that like that sort of thing, fruit and yogurt,croissant's and bread etc etc the coffee/hot water vendor was also not hot, very luke warm really . . . This is an area which could be vastly improved ,breakfast and dinner !!!!!!!

The location is close to the Airport and easily accessible by Taxi / Car. The staff is attentive. Ivan, at the reception counter, was helpful in guiding about places to visit in the city and also providing me connectivity for banking work. Thank you! My room's bathroom door lock was broken but staff attended promptly to my query and assigned a different room immediately. Super! It takes about 20 mins to Bairro Alto by Taxi so if the plan is to walk around in downtown late in the night then taxi or travel time has to be managed. Satified with the stay.

The continental breakfast options are limited, needs enhancing.

The hotel stay was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

At the reception we paid 5 euros per person( as advertised) for airport drop off as we had an early morning flight. We are a family of 4 so paid 20 euros. However, when we got into the shuttle, the driver asked us to pay an extra 10 euros as we were occupying most of his shuttle and he was unable to pick up any more passengers. When asked which other hotels he served, we were told only the one we boarded from. And there was no one else to go to the airport with us!! We paid as we didn't want any altercation first thing in the morning. It was a disappointing experience and we were ripped off.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. In the breakfast area the gentleman working that day did an outstanding job all by himself(despite the fact that some guests were rude to him. He handled a very difficult situation with a smile and quickly replacing any items needed in the breakfast buffet. The front desk staff were amazing; first helping me find my lost phone in a Uber car ride and then in the morning, assisting me with loading my rental car with my 3 large suitcases and 3 large plastic tubs; they solved the puzzle of lack of space and saved me from making 2 trips back to my home in the Algarve! You have excellent staff and facilities and I will gladly come back here the next time I travel into Lisbon. PS the warm croissants in the morning were delicious!

I arrived late and tired - and to my surprise there were light dinner options in the dining room (I had grilled vegetables and lemon chicken.). Healthy choices. My room was ready, clean and the bed had crisp linens on it and was very comfortable. Great internet. Building was quiet - I didn’t have to wear my ear plugs like at other hotels. Breakfast was exactly what I needed served by smiling and courteous staff. Front desk ordered a taxi for me. As a solo traveller it is great when vetted third party services are arranged by the hotel.
