We stayed here the night before we flew home on an early morning flight. It is right at the airport, with a free van that leaves every 15 minutes for the Terminals. The buffet breakfast starts really early (5 am) so many travelers can have a great breakfast before going to the airport. I've never seen another hotel with this many buffet offerings, including eggs, bacon lunchmeats, many breads and sweets, coffees, juices, yogurt, cereal and fruits. Our room was large and clean with a great shower, and the hotel lobby was nice. Staff were very informative and friendly, and let us check in early.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Lisbon airport, which allowed us to walk to the airport early in the morning. (We had carry-ons and day backpacks, only) All hotels seem to be pretty expensive in Lisbon, this one included. However, its location was worth the price, because the excellent buffet breakfast started very early, and the hotel was within 12 minutes, walking. There was also a shuttle to the airport. The staff was accommodating and the rooms were comfortable. Others have mentioned the area of the toilet, which was fully enclosed, but the glass door would hit the knees of people with long legs.

This was my second time that I visited the Star Hotel near the airport and it was even better than the first time. Great staff who are kind and helpful. Clean and comfortable room and great food for breakfast and I tried the dinner too this time and that was nice.

Bar staff could have been a little better at noticing that you were waiting to be served and once you had finished asking you if you wanted another drink. As there were two and they weren’t busy I was just wondering why I hadn’t been noticed and had to get their attention.

The location worked well for us as we wanted to be near the airport for a more relaxed travel day when flying home. The easy access to the Metro was a plus and allowed us to easily explore Lisbon. The breakfasts offered good choice, and the wait staff at dinner were attentive. Our checkin went well.

The air conditioning/heat in the room was not working properly, and the room was either too hot or too cold. Being able to open a window helped, except to for the traffic noise, and the loud music from a local band on the night before we left. The soap dispensers in shower and by the sink were difficult to work, and our house keeper didn't speak enough English or Spanish to understand the problem.

So, I cant say too much about this hotel I was only there for 7 hours but it was ideal for me. My flight was late but I was able to find the hotel and walk there in less than 5 minutes. You have to cross two streets but there are crosswalks. Checkin was easy but it took my tired brain a minute to figure out the AC controls. My room had a glass partition for the toilet and shower and there was a curtain you could draw across those to separate the space. The water pressure was good. The bed was fine and the pillows were very fluffy. The next morning I went down for breakfast which starts at 2 am. Then checked out and made the return walk to the airport. There is a shuttle but it was easier for me to walk.

This airport hotel is so convenient for, yes you guessed it, the airport. It’s walkable if you are reasonably fit uphill with your case to departures but we did it no problem. But it’s more than that. You are welcomed with grace and the restaurant and bar facilities are explained. The room was comfortable and had all that you need for a pleasant stay. Although we were only overnight it was a welcome piece of news to know we could have continental breakfast from 2am. We expected croissants and coffee but no there was a lot of choice, cereals, prepared fresh fruits yoghurt, ham, cheese, pastries hot drinks etc. Just not hot food. It was all tasty and very welcome at 3am! We recommend using this hotel if you fly in or out of Lisbon airport, which has an easy metro link to the city.

Convenient location just a 10-minute walk from Terminal 1. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with a mini bar and coffee maker. We requested a third bed, and there was still plenty of space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet as requested, and the blackout curtains were excellent for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options including hot food, fresh vegetables and fruit, yogurt, bread, and more. A great choice for a stay near the airport!

Hotel had mixed my reservation with another guest and it took extra 20min for them to solve the situation at check-in.

Walking distance to the airport so it was ideal for spending a night after a late arrival and/or a night before an early flight (we did both). There is a free shuttle every 15 min to the airport, which can be a good thing to use if you have a lot of luggage - the road from the airport to the hotel is a little steep and you need to cross heavy traffic. Very good breakfast with generous opening hours for those needing to leave early. Very helpful personnel in the reception, clean and modern bedrooms, and very little noise from the outside despite being close to a busy road.

The bathroom in one of the rooms was a little weird, being separated from the room by a curtain, toilet behind a glass wall. But for a one-night stay, it worked fine. The other time we stayed here we had a more "normal" bathroom.

The quick check in and welcoming smiles. Your breakfast was the best I've had whilst travelling around the whole. Everything was fresh, flavorsome and perfect. The hot milk with the coffee, just amazing. Who would of thought that hot milk was the solution to avoiding lukewarm coffee. The room was very clean, smelt clean and no dust. The bed mattress was perfect.

The doors slamming through the early hours. I had a perfect sleep until the doors started slamming while individuals left their rooms and the housekeeper going in and out of the rooms without a thought for the other guests. Soft Close door could be a solution. Biscuit with coffee/tea tray in room.

The hotel was ideal for a business traveler needing to come in and out of the city for a night. I utilized the shuttle service to the airport in five minutes, which the hotel provided. While the room was small but tidy, and the bathroom was relatively spacious. I appreciated that the windows could be opened for fresh air. Lisbon airport is a loud noises airport, but i had a good night's sleep in a comfy bed quietly. The hotel across the street has a spa and pool for an extra €15. The standout aspect of my stay was the friendly and professional staff. I will return.

The food could have been better, I have no significant complaints.
