Good location that’s minute from the airport. Pretty decent room with all the needed facilities with breakfast included. 24hrs reception that makes it exceptional for travellers & tourist.

The person at reception wasn’t nice at all. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there. We tried to be nice even though we arrived after midnight and we were very tired and he wasn’t really friendly. We checked out 6 hours after check in and when we gave him the keys and wished him a good day he didn’t even speak back to us. Before we arrived, I received a WhatsApp with a scam message with all the details of my reservation, including my personal details, asking me to pay the reservation again due to an error on the system. I contacted the hotel and I was told that I shouldn’t provide them with any information but I didn’t get an apology for leaking my personal information and I didn’t get an explanation on how did that happen.

The location of the hotel is excellent, especially in terms of proximity to the airport. There’s no shuttle service, but taxis or Uber are readily available and you can get to the airport in just a few minutes. The hotel is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They responded to all my requests without hesitation. Late check-out was also possible, and for just 15 euros. The price is very reasonable overall. The rooms were not only clean but also quiet, which made for a restful stay. If I ever need to stay at an airport hotel again, this would definitely be my choice.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like.

Great breakfast. Many choices and the staff was very helpful. Both the day and night time staff were amazing and did a wonderful job. Very much appreciated.

Had to ask for two burnt out light bulbs in the room to be changed. We were told that we could call the front desk at any time, but there was no phone. The water kettle in the room was missing for the coffee and tea. It would be nice if the wall damages from the water leaks and stains from the bathroom wall to the bedside wall would have been repaired. It was not the most reassuring effect for a building 'well' maintained. The staff was amazing and did a great job and very much appreciated.

It's a good place if you are staying one night and need to be close to the airport. Supermarket just across the road and 10 minutos away, there is a Commercial Centre with restaurants and a variety of shops.

They charged 10 euros per person for breakfast, which I was quite sure it was included when I booked the room. As we had to be at the airport at 3 am, we only had a coffee and a croissant . The receptionist said we could have eaten more but that was not the point. For the price I could have booked another hotel nearer the airport. Room was too warm and the quilt a bit too heavy for a warmer night. No main light in the ceiling.

Very comfortable bed and good shower. Also a delicious breakfast (depends on the shift). After all, on the first day, the omelet was excellent. On other days it is not tasty.

I didn't like the toilet paper. This is horror 😳 I had to buy another one. After all, the one that was in the hotel was very, very thin and not comfortable.! Also, the balcony did not close completely, so you could hear the whistling of the wind and a little draft. I also didn't like the neglected buildings next to the hotel, because they spoil everything and it's a little scary to go home. But it is not essential. Everything else is great. Thank you very much

The location was fantastic. It's right off the main street by the ocean. The price was incredible. Two nights total less than $140usd. The room was perfectly clean, modern, spacious and comes with an in room washer/dryer and kitchenette. The shower water was the best water pressure I've had during my entire trip (of Northern Morocco). The room was already set up with Netflix (i didn't have to log in and it has 6 languages as pre-set options).The view was decent. The staff was PAST WONDERFUL, friendly, helpful, funny, energetic, etc.

I wish they had tea packets in the room.

Don‘t really understand the bad reviews. I had a double room in the inner circle. It was super quiet and had one of the most amazing beds I ever slept in while traveling. Right across the street there is a Lidl where you can get everything you need for a short stay. If you have a somewhat fit physique, you can easily walk from the airport to the hotel, which will take you about 30mins. It‘s perfect if you have to stay one or a couple of nights in between flights. The staff was friendly and the check-in/check-out process very quick and easy.

Close to the airport

I liked the property quite well. But when I asked to book a taxi for me 3 am in the morning to catch my flight, I was told there was no need as taxis are at all times outside. I even re- asked and the lady was totally affirmative. To my horror, at 3 am I left the hotel and there was no taxi. There is no alternative at all, and the hotel door was locked behind me. Luckily Bolt worked and I got a taxi. But the first feeling was not that grand.

The staff were super friendly and very attentive. Great range of breakfast items. Great distance from the airport and areas. Continent and Lidl close by. Great room service.

Items in the rooms had some damages. Scuff marks on the walls Some plug sockets didn't work. Paint/over on desk/table had come off. Not enough lighting in the bedroom and bathroom.
