The hotel was great, location fantastic. Facilities are excellent. The room, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good, very clean environment. Overall, it was excellent.

Firstly there was misinformation about the parking. There was no stipulation that the parking was private. Each time you go out of the car park, you pay hourly rate of £2. Then overnight stay is disgusted of £9. I spent £13 just for parking. I left the hotel after 2hrs and pay £4. Then my overnight parking was £9. That's a rip off. Secondly, at breakfast. You have to go the reception desk to get your cup of tea which is weird. No tea facility at the breakfast area and nothing to infor you about that. We have to wait for the kitchen guy to come out to get our cup of tea. Not good at all.

The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The staff were always pleasant. I liked its proximity to the station.

No fridge to keep my lactose free milk? Also I requested not to have my room cleaned during my stay (to save the environment) but half way through my stay I asked the cleaner if I could possibly have clean mugs. She said she didn’t have any mugs but kindly said she could clean them for me. I refused as I could continue cleaning them myself, but It made me question if they were ever changed / washed properly in a dishwasher?

Loved the staff. Helped ful and friendly and made us feel our motorbikes would be safe. Food was perfect. Everything you needed wirh a smiling face of the server on duty. Room was beautiful and clean with working AC as definitely needed it after a long hot day riding the bikes. Shower was clean and worked along with towels. Tea and coffee facilities and extra when we asked. Plenty of space for our gear and a tv and plenty of plug sockets with usb slots too. Perfect 🥰

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't open the windows.

The Staff very friendly, very helpful and welcoming during the stay. Enjoyed the nice facilities in the room and definitely everything anyone will need in a hotel room and experience. Location great as near or near by short taxi ride of which was a plus. Cleaning of the room was very good too as genuinely spotless in many areas. I asked for top floor room of which was supplied, so cannot fault that as good customer service. Definitely stay there again as we have before anyway. Breakfast hot and continental was quite a nice selection, nice taste and good value.

Only few faults was that the sink didn't empty quickly and water took a lot of time to disappear. Bed and pillows were a tad lumpy and dipped slightly in middle, so not great comfort wise but did sleep and settle eventually and some hours of sleep. So cannot say it was totally a big issue. So that why I did a 8/10 stay.

It was ideal for location, lovely room and the food was delicious.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable some of the pillows were lumpy. On entry there was no indication of where the checking in desk was, it took ages for someone to come to the desk for me to check in so I could go to my room. Also I was unaware of the parking charge until my arrival as the booking.com stated "parking" but never mentioned you had to pay.

The staff were absolutely brilliant like from start to finish! Christine justine nikki and jazz were outstanding and a credit to the hospitality sector. Made me feel very welcome and also give directions to where I needed without hassle as it's first time I've been to grimbsy and it won't be the last From Newcastle with love Cheers !

All staff we met where very friendly and extra helpful. We turned up hours early and yet they sorted us a room very quickly. Hotel was clean and comfortable through out and very dog friendly! Gave us advice on events in the local area and transport too.

The floors! all through the first floor (didn't go any further up) creak! its weird, thought it would disturb us in the night but it didn't. Buts its very noticeable when your walking round inside your room

The staff are always helpful and friendly,there is always plenty of tea,coffee etc in your rooms replenished daily plus clean towels daily and rubbish removed daily. Complimentary breakfast is very welcome and something for all tastes. It is next to the train station and close proximity to grimsby centre and Freshney place.

We were on level 1 this stay previous stays we have been on the top floor. This stay we noticed very bad creaky floors that we did not notice on the higher level. Beds were too soft for us but comfy enough just sank into them a bit too much for our taste.

stayed with my daughter and mum for the first time.... staff was super helpful and made our stay so much easier 4 us ,rooms very quiet ,lovely breakfast cant fault it would definatly stay again cant thank the staff enough x

nothing we didnt like if i had to find any fault it wud have to be the centre plug didnt work but there was plenty of others and we came prepared so was not an issue at all .

Very clean, comfortable, good breakfast, the hotel maintains high quality

The floor creaks, it's a bit annoying. Expensive parking 9 pounds a day. But if you leave the car park and then come back at night, you pay more than 9 pounds, plus the time you were there the first time.In the end we paid 13 pounds instead of 9, although there is cheaper parking nearby, it’s a pity we didn’t know.
