The concierge staff were the best I have ever met in different hotels. The were extremely helpful with everything. They carry my baby's stroller up and down the stairs every day. They need a ramp badly for luggage, strollers and wheelchairs

The housekeeping was one of the absolute worst I have ever encountered in all the hotels I have ever stayed in. They literally when cleaning the room, put all the stuff in the baby crib and leave them there. The remove empty tissue boxes and never replace them and the same goes for dirty bathroom slippers and finished soups. I have to call everytime to ask for stuff. They didn't even remove the trash one day which is weird

Small hotel with clean and elegant rooms. The location was excellent, in the busy area of park lane and oxford street yet nestled in a quiet corner that guarantees a peaceful stay. The food at the Lanes restaurant was delicious with excellent service. Room service was delicious and fast. Housekeeping was efficient and consistently on time.

Although our stay was absolutely wonderful, the overall quality did not fully justify the price we paid. Which concludes to us that the premium we paid was for the location.

Little bit expensive

When I visit London I always book at this hotel. Perfect discreet and calm location. Oxford street is just around the corner. The staff always welcome us with a smile and are always happy to assist. Vivien and Marie at breakfast in the brasserie are exceptional. They are very attentive to all our requests. Sahel at the front desk was amazing from check in and all the way through our stay. Also a plus for Arabs and all Muslims this hotel bathrooms are equipped with a Japanese toilet ( smart toilet with heated seats and a bidet) that’s also one of the main reasons I book here actually as it’s one of the few hotels that offer it in London. The bed is very comfortable and bedroom is quite spacious even the 29 m one. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing in general from the lobby to the bedrooms.

On some days house keeping wouldn’t do a good job at cleaning my room, I can tell that they don’t vacuum as I would still find random hairs around the bedroom floor and bathroom once I’m back. Some of my things are left unorganized while on other days everything is spotless and all my cosmetics are well organized in the toilet with a towel underneath them. The positives outweigh this so it’s not a big deal to me I just hope they can take this feedback and be more consistent with housekeeping.

The Lebanese guy in the restaurant was a bit rude and arrogant, honestly everyone was amazingly kind except for him.

the location was very great everything was close by , the quality of the hotel the room was nice at first they gave us a room on the first floor with no views and no sun lights but we asked them to change it and they gave us much better room , the lobby was nice I liked the flowers where you can see them every where and the staff was the best smiling all the time and making sure that we are having a nice time i liked the staff wearing hat welcoming us , i liked the toilet seat that was a great surprise for me . and all everything we need already in the room thank you so much for the most comfortable hotel in london .

the shower water pressure was not good . and the swimming pool closing early I would prefer to be open 24 hours. there was no heater in the swimming

Central location, professional staff and well appointed hotel.

We used to enjoy the great breakfast served at this hotel, but my last experience was a let down and seems the manager/hotel has decided to cut back on quality over profit. The bakery basket was a sad looking plate of small bakery pieces, the sausages have reduced in quality, and the service was frantic, disorganised and not the same level as previously experienced.

Centrally located, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very close to Oxford Street. Lovely breakfast and just a very beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms and heated toilets 😊

Cannot fault the hotel.
