Easy to reach via public transport, in a nice area with good restaurants and bars within walking distance, handy for Westminster and walks along the river. Easy access to Waterloo and the underground means travel further afield is straightforward. Staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast in the morning was nice - lots of choice and food was decent quality. Rooms are a good size and feel like good value in central London (I got one with a seating area, kitchenette, iron and ironing board, plenty of storage, and a large window for the same price as the nearby windowless coffins punted by another large hotel brand). Rooms are comfortable, well insulated for noise and well equipped.

The room (especially the bathroom) was looking a little tired, and could use some sprucing up. You are also encouraged to use a digital app key - this worked for me on the room door, but not in the lifts, so I ended up having to ask for a physical one.

Location is amazing, family studio kitchen is very handy, linnen is clean and looks new, overall the hotel looks quite good.

Accessible doors outside were not working and doors would not fully open when operated manually, not handy with a stroller, also was not fixed in our 5 day-stay. Hotel hallways and restaurant were pretty warm. Inside the room some things looked a bit shabby; crooked lamps, some cabinet doors did not shut fully, shower looked very much used. Also a 160cm bed for an executive studio room for me is too small, I would expect 180cm.

Love this hotel stayed many times due to the location and standard of rooms and great staff. Always awesome. On this visit we were chosen as VIP guests of the day and our room upgraded free to a Penthouse corner suite with a full length corner balcony with amazing views over Big Ben on one side and area towards the Shard on the other side. This made our stay extra special it was amazing.

You get the flavour of a hotel from the moment you walk through the door which is why the front of house is so important. Friendly, polite and efficient are three words to use the team at Park Plaza County Hall's reception desk who made me feel appreciated and welcome from the get-go. The rooms are well designed and comfortable and the location is ideal for anyone wanting easy access to London for business or pleasure.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, on arrival my daughter was given Easter treats and acitivies and a colouring pack which I thought was a lovely touch. The room was clean and spacious with a tv in both sleeping areas and a kitchen with all the items we might need. Bed and sofa bed were both comfortable and whilst the room was a little warm we were able to adjust the temperature ourselves with the air con. Breakfast had a great selection from continental to a full English which was very nice. The hotel is in a fab location making it very easy to go sight seeing, close by to the tube and bus stops but also in a good walking distance to some attractions. A great stay at a fantastic hotel and I will definitely stay here again!

The location is amazing and walking distance to most tourist sights. The suite was a good size and even had a microwave, cutlery, cups and washing liquid. The receptionist at check-in was wonderful and kids got a welcome package and some sweets and treats. The breakfast was good and most staff were nice and helpful.

We’re a family of 5 and had to book 2 rooms. One was a very nice and comfy suite, but facing a wall and scrap metal tossed in a back alley. The other room was a very dark double room facing the hotel restaurant, so basically, with no outward looking windows. Didn’t want to make a fuss, as we only used the room for sleeping, but we expected something nicer for the kind of money we paid for 2 rooms, to be honest. The breakfast restaurant seems too small for a hotel that size and we had to queue for a table and hot food. The receptionist at check-out wasn’t interested in any feedback and couldn’t help us with directions.

Great proximity to Big Ben, Waterloo station, South Bank. Everything was so accessible. Perfect place to stay, safe and not over crowded. Comfy bed and pillows. Great view from our room. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.

Shower leaked quite badly which has lead to the bathroom tiles lifting and being a trip hazard.

Great location. A bit of a faff with the App which is supposed to replace a key card but staff were helpful. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The views were excellent but I think the price was not value for money but nowhere in London is right now. The bathroom was a massive let down - small, the shower quality was poor and the size of the bath isn't worth the inconvenience of climbing in and out - a shower would be better.

The hotel is nice and clean good hotel,the staff are good and ready to assist with anything you want or ask.the hotel is in the the tourist attraction and few step to London eye.i am very happy for the hospitality and I recommend to everyone.

The location is fantastic. The team at the front desk were very polite, informative, and very helpful. The room was clean and very quiet which was perfect.

The hotel is impractical for being dropped off and picked up by Ubers. I was informed to go to a nearby a restaurant instead - not ideal with a lot of luggage. The room was nice though the decor and furnishings are outdated, not that comfortable (sofa), and basic. The breakfast was ok but the buffet selection is not as interesting as comparable hotels (a lack of quality options). Compared to the rest of the hotel staff, the restaurant team are slightly abrupt and stressed. Especially the manager. Check-out time was 12pm. At 12.03pm a female staff member banged on my door to say that I had to leave. I found this quite unnecessarily aggressive. I was only running a handful of minutes late.
