Loved our room with exception of the bathroom. Breakfast was good but a bit busy. Staff was excellent Cleanliness was good.

There was no bathroom door. There was a sliding for which covered either toilet or shower, but nothing to keep the sinks area private. We had a problem with the room. They couldn’t fix the heating. They offered us a new different room but we couldn’t be bothered to move so they gave us a small oil radiator. The pool was tiny, overcrowded and cold. Nothing like the pictures. Massive disappointment.

The hotel is modern and well presented, breakfast was plentiful, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Bed comfy and room clean. I enjoyed the toiletries in the shower, good quality and delightful smell.

The main bathroom door seemed to be completely stuck, we learned this at an inconvenient time and could not report this to reception and we wanted to avoid any bad mood. The shower unfortunately leaks not only under the door but also reached the second cubicle with the toilet creating just a mess. Air con ineffective and extremely noisy, I couldn't really sleep through the night. With a thorough maintenance check the above issues wouldn't be there surely.

Love being able to use the gym and the pool, comfy room and the location is great. They were helpful and flexible about check in time.

There’s always something out of action. I have stayed here twice and either the spa or sauna aren’t working. Sauna wasn’t hot. Steam out of action. Loads of workmen traipsing about so I left. Annoying as I was hoping to use the facilities. Also body lotion in room was empty and they could do with a proper mirror where you plug in the hairdryer as there’s nowhere to do your hair.

The location is great. The fridge was broken in our room, but it was sorted instantly which was impressive. The pool was really cold and the steam room had little steam in it. This was a shame because the facilities are prominently advertised. Admittedly, they were free, but still, a cold pool is pretty bad. Breakfast was pretty pricey and only 'fine'. Still it is a nice looking hotel, in a great location, at a reasonable price, with good staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and the amenities were great. The location was also very convenient. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds.

The one area that could use improvement is the cleanliness. While the room was generally very tidy a bit more attention to details would make everyhting prefect.

Great location, modern decor and facilities.

The pool had, we were told, just been cleaned so was colder that it would normally be and steam room was out of order, meaning that the sauna was full for the time we had booked. If I were to book again I’d ensure all facilities were as expected to be able to maximise our use of the hotel.

The location was good; it was 10-minute walk from the London Eye and 15 minutes from Big Ben. Breakfast was mediocre.

We like the room, it was spacious with my 2 toddlers, although after becoming sofa bed, the space becomes narrow, but still room was clean and modern, cleaning was not upto the mark. But we had a really nice stay. I was confused regarding locations before coming here, but its a short walk to london eye, big ben. And a few steps to Lambeth north station Bakerloo line. And bus 453 and other buses runs 24hrs daily. for public transport all over london, this hotel is great.

Breakfast options, Cleaning means, they dont clean the room on daily basis if they do, they will not change the bedsheet given that its dirty, Still the room, location, views, location from metro, buses, makes this hotel great.

I really appreciated the warm welcome and courtesy, the restaurant was very good, the facility was new and efficient, and the location was excellent.

I did not appreciate the level of cleanliness in the rooms; there was dust that had been accumulating under my bed for quite some time. The second bed, a sofa bed, was very uncomfortable. In any case, this is not acceptable considering the price paid or the fact that this is a four-star establishment. It’s a pity, but these are issues that can easily be resolved with a bit more attention. I want to attribute it to the hectic period during my stay (the Christmas season), as perhaps the focus was elsewhere.

Our stay at Park Plaza Waterloo in London was absolutely wonderful. The hotel offered everything we could have wished for and more. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a stunning view that made our family stay truly special. Τhe facilities were excellent – we especially enjoyed the swimming pool and spa.The breakfast and meals were outstanding, with plenty of variety and great quality. What really stood out was how family-friendly the hotel felt. Everything was well thought out, and the staff were always welcoming, professional, and helpful. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Park Plaza Waterloo to anyone visiting London, whether for a family trip or a relaxing getaway.
