All the taxi drivers knew where the Hotel was. The hotel was close to train stations and the hotel breakfast was very good. I thought. I liked the swimming pool. My room was quite large bigger than my rooms in Japan. The staff were very helpful and very friendly.

There were two things that I didn’t like one was that there were only two clothes dryers in the building and they were both broken. Although the weather was hot, it was very humid so I could not dry anything. And secondly, the door to my balcony was permanently locked despite the staff attempting to unlock it Eventually a repair man came and fixed the issue on the second to last day

The location of the hotel was great - close to all the attractions (Orchard Rd, La Pau Sat, Marina Bay Sands etc) I wanted as a tourist. Havelock MRT station only 5 minutes or so walking distance. Arriving at the hotel by taxi was smooth and straight-forward. The room was clean and well-kept with minor maintenance issues. I enjoyed the art design above the beds - it's what drew me to the 'signature' room. The beds were comfortable. The air-con was strong and quick, maybe a touch noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I normally don't stay at 4-star hotels and when I selected this property, I expected more. Unfortunately, there was no wow factor. The sliding door to the bathroom was hard to move. The lights would turn off whilst in middle of a shower or conversing with my mother. There bathroom toiletries were minimal, shower design could be better & the toilet paper softness was blah. There was a musty/damp smell - unsure if that's usual for a humid climate. However, the amazing location and the other pro's outweighed the minor cons.

The hotel is quite near the bus station. The price is competitive compared with the other hotel nearby. We did not live in the main building, but in the Tower. The room is clean. There is also pool，I like the Massage Bath tube.And the most convenience is it provided Chinese service.

The facility of locker room is quite simple. There is no enough secret area to change clothes. And the water flow there is quite small. In the last two days we lived there，There is staff did painting work in our floor. The smell is too bad. Fortunately, We spend most of our time outdoor. So the influence is limited. However，The hotel should strengthen their mindset that any repair work should not impact customer.

On arrival the staff was friendly and understanding that we arrived so many hours before check in. Advising us how to pre checkin, leave our bags and use of the facilities. The room was large and spacious for2 people, also the bathroom. Everything was clean and stocked amenitites. The location was great you go to Sentosa. The bus directly you side takes you to Universal and the island for a fraction of the cost compared to the cable cars. Also close to the neighbourhood of Tiong Bahru in 1 direction, china town or to downtown by Lau Pa Sat. All within 10-20mins bus. I did not use the pool or eat the the restaurant, but I would be willing to come back, and try them out.

My senior citizen mother recently stayed at Copthorne King's Hotel, and she absolutely loved her experience! From her feedback, the staff truly stood out. She inadvertently left her phone and neck pillow in the laundry and her room, and the hotel was incredibly kind and efficient in returning both items to her. This level of honesty and attentiveness is truly commendable and provided great peace of mind. Overall, everything went very well, and she had a great stay.

Her only suggestion for improvement would be the addition of bidets in the toilets.

Perfect location

You had no where to go to sit and have a drink from lunch time, the bar isn't open until 4.30

The arrivals desk was very accommodating and friendly and were able to book in a bit earlier. Great variety for breakfast, cereals, toast,fruit and full cooked breakfast. Fruit juices and tea and coffee. Incredible table service (clearance) by lovely friendly ladies. All the staff were throughout the hotel were most helpful and friendly. Our room was serviced excellently by lovely lady every day.

We were booked into deluxe room on 4th floor, with balcony and river views. It was a little bigger than normal rooms but what really let it down was the state of bathroom very old and in sad state of repair certainly not deluxe! As shower was over bath for a older person it could be quite dangerous and slippery, no rubber mat is provided. Ceiling is peeling, some of tiles above the bath have fine cracks thru them and silicone around bath edge is dirty looking and coming away. All in all bathroom desperately needs renovating. Don’t expect to sit out on balcony as most have a large pot with tree in and not much room for anything else. You have to look very hard to find water view .

Room decor was OKish... It was in good state but the design was a bit OLD. It had smart IoT in it... being able to vocally adjust the temp and the lights. Location of the hotel was great! near public transport which in SINGAPORE is Purrfect !!! Breakfast was delicious... Each day we were able to chose something good and tasty and didn't get bored of the available choices.

The furniture in the room (was an old style real wood but visible it had better days) and choice of colours (blueish theme) We were aware of them before getting there and wasn't a deal-breaker.

The room was clean, spacious, with a refrigerator, kettle, and ironing board. The bed was comfortable. There was a balcony which is rare for a standard room. I appreciated the view from the room as well. The hotel is within walking distance to Robertson Walk. There are several restaurants and bars in the area. I enjoy running/walking along the three quays. Lots to see with a variety of foods to enjoy in the quay areas. I used the MRT (Havelock) to get around. The station isn’t too far from the hotel. It takes about two or three line changes to get to places of interests. I exited #5 from Havelock and walked towards the Holiday Inn to get to Copthorne. That way I didn’t have to cross any major intersections reducing wait time at traffic lights. A consideration when it was raining heavily or on a really hot day! The Central (mall at Clarke Quay stn) is easily accessible. There’s a breakfast place there (Ya Kun Kaya Toast). You can walk along the river from the mall.

Just a remark - the walkway to the entrance of the hotel (from Havelock Station) was slightly uneven and was not very visible. There was construction equipment parked in front of the hotel which might indicate work in progress.

Beautiful clean pool. Nice spacious room with very comfortable bed. Great sauna and steam bath.

Didn’t feel the staff were very warm and welcoming. Front of house brought up luggage but explained nothing. Overall the reception was very efficient though. The AI piece in room was ok but quite honestly when travelling I don’t need a computer,I need a person. Tell me about the facilities and promotions and maybe I’ll spend $ at hotel.
