good location, good Staff specially room service

Its a small lil hotel that offers connecting room, basic necessities, and at the hot location. To me, very convenient to places we wanted to go, 3D2N are all satisfied, given the room facing the river, was just perfect! Compliment to Jane, if I didnt get the name wrong, serve us very well mannered and very polite. Great lovely sweet smile..

Housekeeping arrive kinda late at around 3pm. Can do better on this. Single bed is way too small, I have to turn carefully otherwise will fall from bed.

The staff were great. Although I had arrived early they conveniently assisted me in getting around and were super friendly. For a sole traveller sight seeing and trying out different cuisines the location of the hotel made it very convenient 👌

I wanted to relax and catch the sun out on the balcony but didn't know why the hotel had shrubs growing all over it that made it difficult for me to go outside and relax.

The location is perfect. The next MRT Station is very close to the Hotel (150 meters). From there you can take the down town line to various locations such as the Banking District or Marina Bay. Furthermore it is possible to walk to Chinatown and other points of interest in less than 30 minutes. You can leave your baggage after check out for free if you want to do more sightseeing. From our room we had a very nice view of the city and skyscrapers of the Banking District.

The rooms are very small, and there is barely any place to leave your luggage or clothes. At times the Wi-Fi was a little unstable.

Room, location is good, near to MRT, Room Cleanliness is excellent.

Charging full amount when booking via booking.com despite on the booking site indicate payment will be made at the property. On the actual day of Check in, full amount was charged again which resulted double charging to my credit card. With holding amount still not released as of to date 14/4/2023. Please remove the charging card detail during booking if you agree to make payment at the property. I will make another booking next week if you remove this.

After reading All the bad reviews I was scared to book it. When I got to the hotel the staff was super nice to me and you get what you pay. It's a 3 star hotel. So you get around your budget. It's much less worse then I thought. The room was clean. It's just a 2-3 start hotel so if people complain to much they should go directly for a hotel like $200 minimum. What you gonna expect from a cheap hotel? Suite master? 😂 it's ridiculous. You get what you pay!

the location and the view !!! omg ! I could see the edge of the boat on marina bay sands from my room. loved drinking my morning coffee looking out on that. and the location was so close to Clarke quai for all the lovely bars and restaurants on the river and also close to fort canning. walkable to do many highlights of Singapore

the gym was under refurbishment apparently. breakfast wasn’t an option but there are cafes near by. could sometimes hear people in their rooms talking.

Was a bit far to walk from Clark Quay MRT.(10-15minsnwalk) but have a lot of places for drinking which is a bonus! Pretty quiet place at night time . Love the view from the window/seating area which makes it a good photo taking place. Nearby 7-11 which is 5mins walk at the drinking area. A lot of restaurants nearby too, don’t really need to walk all the way to Clark Quay Central The staff was also nice enough to come up around 11:30am to remind us we have to check out at 12pm , but it would better to call instead. Toiletries was also provided.

The room was so cold, towel given was literally thin layer of cloth and you could see it’s been very worn out. The floor was super cold, aircon tried to adjust but still remains cold. So basically you will be freezing in the room unless aircon is off. No room slipper provided. Fridge doesn’t have any bottle water or any tea/coffee that we can drink. Not much TV channels to watch too.

Stay at hotel was good. Quiet area. You can work easily.

They didn't let us check-in before time without paying not even an hour before check-in time. There was electricity issue in the room one night. However, they said it can be fixed only next day. When you can't allow us to check-in earlier than you should also provide services at all times, since we are paying for the same. Wi-Fi connection was really bad. One cannot work, even simple sites can't be opened.

I like the view and also the swimming pool. Sadly the swimming pool slide doesn't work. The slides were hot to the seat and slide pain in the ass.

The swimming pool access is not suitable for wheelchairs because it has a staircase. And I got to carry my aunty with my son next to me to allow her to access the swimming pool. Otherwise okay.. no breakfast lucky didn't pay room for breakfast..
