Convenient location for the town centre, in a quiet street. The rooms had air conditioning, which was quiet when set on a low speed. It also had a very good smart TV with Netflix/Amazon TV etc, onto which you could easily set up and delete your own accounts. It also came with a kettle and fridge, etc. Soundproofing was also very good, as I didn’t hear any noise from outside our room.

My only gripes were the design of the sink not having a plug, so you couldn’t fill the bowl to shave, etc. Also, the bath with an inbuilt shower was quite high from the floor, and there were no handles to assist getting in or out, which made it a bit scary!

Perfect location and within an easy walk of the old town. Lovely friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. Located in a quiet area with a couple of restaurants and a lovely little wine bar on the same street. Can highly recommend and won't hesitate to return.

The beds were a bit too hard and the pillows thin although you do get 2. I'd asked for a twin when booking but the room was made up as a double. This wasn't rectified until the 3rd night. A bit of noise from the corridor when guests are returning at night but nothing major. And that's no reflection on the hotel ....it's the guests making the noise.

This hotel offers alto for the budget friendly price. It’s in a good location, with east access links to anywhere you need to go. The hotel was always clean and comfortable. I like that on a night time you needed a card to access to the reception so security was great.

I can’t really complain about anything for the price paid.

Our private suite was tucked away at the end of the hallway so it was quiet. Large bedroom with arm chairs, coffee table and Tv. Large sitting room and modern well equipped bathroom. Prague endured a heat wave 36 Celsius throughout our six night stay and we were so grateful for the air conditioning from the front entry to our room which we ran 24 hrs. The inclusive full breakfast was excellent, so was the very reasonable set price to the train station. Very friendly English speaking staff.

Our couch wasn’t very comfortable and we used pillows at the back of our heads, it was more of a bed settee. Settee kept sliding out from the wall.

We have been staying in this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights and I want to say it was quite a good experience. Let’s start with advantages: 1) Good location: shopping mall in 2 minutes from the hotell. As well as restaurants, bars, cafes and some small markets. 2) Good price. 3) The room was comfortable. 4) Breakfast was delicious. 5) The staff was kind and helped us in every question. 6) The restaurant in the hotel was also good. I recommend you their burger! 7) Drinks in bar were delicious.

1) Cleaning. It seems like the cleaning was very quick and sloppy or floor cleaning was absent at all. 2) I don’t know if you can count this as disadvantage, but there is no solid soap. 3) No robe and slippers. 4) Orange juice on breakfast wasn’t good.

Nice hotel in a convenient location near the centre of Prague. The room was comfortable. Breakfast offering was very good - you can get a range of cooked options from omelettes to waffles and vegetables plus cold items like cakes, pastries and fruit. Was good to have a kettle and fridge in the room to make tea. Added bonus to have a thai massage place in the hotel building - can confirm it was a good massage!

There was noise outside at night, could be from other neighbouring buildings.

Nearly all of the staff were highly attentive and personable. A good breakfast with a good selection of fresh fruit and other choices. Room cleaners were very accommodating and friendly. A good price for such an excellent central location. Art deco is not my thing, but it works well here.

My only gripe is that that the doors are set on hard slam. Feels very secure, but after a taxing few days prior to arriving, I really needed a good sleep in. However, the extra heavy doors slamming shut regularly up and down the corridor and actually jolting the bed kept.me awake. This would be an easy fix by taking some tension off the springs and still securely closing the doors. I was a weary traveller, but If you're up and about by 8a.m. you'll not notice it. Please fix this and I'll be back

The room was comfortable and met all my requirements. the staff were friendly and the breakfast included in the price was very good. a number of choices and the waiting staff were very attentive. The hotel is situated a short walk to the old town and new town areas. Prague is a lovely city to walk around and the number of restaurants and bars gives you an excellent choice to choose from. The transport links trams around the city is easy to follow. the tram 42 vintage tram takes you around the major points of the city and over to the castle.

it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes as most of the inner city areas are cobbles and small pavement stones.

Breakfast was wonderful - very fresh and varied buffet with v. good coffee. The room was very nice, too. The bathroom has a Tub that is very tricky to get in and our of if you are a senior. The hotel's location is very good. 1-2 blocks from Republic Sq. Close to the Old Town.

We stayed at the hotel for a good number of days -5-6 nites and a final night on our return at end of trip - I was surprised that we were given a room on this last night that was not of the quality of our previous stay - if anything there should have been some loyalty recognition.

The location is amazing!! A five minute wait from anywhere and if it's still on a quiet street but not dangerous or scary. The room is really good, the bed is comfortable, the water in the bath is hot, there is a kettle and a small fridge and things to make coffee and tea, curtains that do not let in any light, daily room cleaning, the staff of the hotel are charming and kind and help with any problem. Classic European breakfast

The air conditioner is the hotel's central air conditioner. (which are adjusted according to the air temperature outside if it's cold then put it on heat, if it's hot then on cold) In the room there is an option to put on the hotel's automatic mode or different types of ventilation. And a little to soften or increase the virtues.. As someone who suffers from a cold. The shield does not warm me in the bed it was pleasant because the blankets are thick but the room is very cold.
