The location of the hotel is fantastic if you want to be near shopping and the close proximity of the BTS is a HUGE plus. The room itself is decently big, very clean, and new enough. The bed was quite comfortable which made for a good night's sleep and comfy pillow options. Essentially, the room had everything I needed, although I didn't spend a ton of time there or at the hotel besides sleeping!

For check-in it was a bit disappointing - we arrived early in the morning and they wouldn't budge on allowing an earlier check-in. I understand they can't always accommodate this, but having stayed at many other IHG hotels, they usually try to be more flexible. In this case, it was a flat-out no with no further justification provided and we asked if we can check back earlier and they said NO... While the location is great, it can be challenging with traffic and getting stuck, especially for those not familiar with Bangkok. Luckily, the BTS is available as an escape. If taking taxi's make sure to check for traffic and worth walking across a street before booking to avoid getting stuck!

The location is unparalleled. Connected to Chit Lom BTS and the walkway to various malls (CentralWorld, Big C, Platinum Mall, etc.). The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. We were given a free upgrade, which is appreciated. It was also my birthday, so the staff surprised us with a cake and handwritten card. The room is spacious, albeit a little dated.

Since the location is in the central area of Bangkok, there is always a jam outside the hotel. This is of course, to no fault of the hotel.

Thanks for the beautiful surprise for my mum! We really appreciate the tote bags, flowers, mango soaps and the overall service! My mum paid loadsa compliments for the hotel and staff and kept asking me to bring her back for our next stay! The easy access to ARL via and BTS station and nearby amenities makes it easier for my elderly mum to enjoy the stay and this trip! We’ll definitely be back!

Maybe a sheltered walkway to the lift up to the BTS station, if possible, would be perfect :)

I liked the location and price for the location. All other hotels in that area are double. I liked the ease and friendliness of the staff from belman to check in and out. I liked the cleanliness of the room.i like the options of the pillows from soft to firm.

The bed was much too firm for me to sleep at all. I tossed and turned all night and woke up with my shoulder and neck in pain. I don't like carpet in rooms. The allergies from.the dfander on carpets makes my eyes swollen and sinuses stuffed up.

I loved the exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff were incredibly supportive and always found solutions to meet my needs, even assisting me with getting food when I didn’t have cash. It made my stay truly enjoyable.

Location was amazing just next to Chit lom bts station and r walk making it very convenient to travel to different malls and other locations in Bangkok. Lift from bts station is also available if not there are also stairs available. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially when I borrowed a scale for weighing my luggage. Regretfully, I do not have the time to fully utilise all the facilities available such as the steam room / sauna. Room was also very comfortable. I stayed in the standard room and there were 2 tables and 3 chairs available. More than sufficient for 2 people staying in the room.

The housekeeping wasn't done very well. Seems like only replacement of towels and bed was made during your stay. Crumbs leftover from snacking the night before were still in the same place after housekeeping has been done.

I love the location! The Staff are exceptional and accommodating.

Housekeeping should understand basic English. I’ve asked numerous times for extra towels and every day, they only gave us exactly two sets. It’s extremely hot during April and sometimes we need to wash up again mid day. We left a note requesting fo towels, still no towels and gratuities were left for them as well. Breakfast buffet should change up their noodle selections every two days or so. They serve the same variations of shrimp balls, chicken balls, fish balls - every day. Changing the soup base would be ideal.

The staff are so friendly and they are always smiles when approaching them. The breakfast is excellent, you must try! The location is great, it’s easy to get anywhere. By the way, I wanted to say thank you to a bellman who’s so nice to help my son solved his problem. I bought a toy car and tried to borrow a screwdriver. The bellman was willing to help, he was not just to help but played with my son sincerely. I never forget the service plus he provided.

everything is great. the location is the winning point for this hotel. nearby shopping district, walking distance to Chit Lom BTS station. it's perfect for those who want to have shopping spree holiday in BKK.

if improvement is a must, then I'll suggest to have more variety for breakfast. for me who stayed almost a week, eating the exact same menu for breakfast is a bit boring. probably it could change every other day for more variety. also, if the room could be refreshed a bit, because it looks and somewhat feel old.

Free to join Room Nice and clean and well setup for the size Everything is in good working order The one thing missing is the Channel list/guide as it is not available on the TV Location 2min walk from Chit Lom station and only 8min walk to Centralworld shopping via the sky foot bridge All the staff here are friendly and helpful I had breakfast once while at the hotel and the food is ok and they have a mix of western and Asian cuisines on offer. Some of the items were lunch type like sushi and some hot dishes that you can have with steamed rice. The rest were the standard breakfast of sausages, range of bread, beans, bacon, choice of eggs cooked to a style that you like.

Checking out This is where they lose a few points for me as there were long queues and only two counters were manned. Management should really look at this. For checking out it should be a simple matter but I had to wait for around 20mins.
