The rooms are very spacious and clean. The insulation from the outside sound is very well done (considering it is Thailand especially). The hotel is almost directly on the beach. The air conditioning is silent and effective, there is also air circulator in the toilet. The rooms has never felt over humid. Smart tv with Netflix. Very responsive service of the room. A lot of breakfast variety, even too much.

The services at the hotel are more expensive than outside. E.g. taxi All the guests are occupying the sunbeds everywhere with their tower and then leaving for several hours. So it is very difficult to find an empty subbed. Since everyone is going there early morning, getting their sunbed and leaving, you are forced to do the same. You need to find a better solution. This is so frustrating, sometimes you need to fight with other guests to find a sunbed or some shade. The restaurant facing the beach (with the pizzeria) is super overpriced with bad quality food and terrible service. It seems that the staff is not really trained.

Nice room and very clean hotel with beautiful, light- and plant-filled lobby. Large pool with nice poolside bar. Extremely easy and quick beach access. Beautiful sunset view, right from the pool area. Highly recommend staying here at Kata Beach. Being on Kata Beach we were close to everything we wanted to see during our 1.5 days in Phuket.

I booked an ocean view room and was disappointed when I checked in and saw it was a ground floor room facing the pool, with an ocean view. I recommend the hotel change the designation of ground-floor rooms that face the pool, "Ocean view, ground floor" rather than categorizing it with all ocean view rooms on higher floors. My friend had an ocean view room on the third floor and the view was outstanding.

Pool was awesome. We were there on a storm an rain night but the pool was still nice and the bar was nice and the live music was nice and the view was nice. The size of the room was huge.

Just the toilet you can look right in to the toilet bowl when you walk past the bathroom to your bedroom and I would just have the toilet lid closed all the time to block that. The one luggage porter who took our bags to the room his name was Kim we had just checked in from Phi Phi island it was a long day for us and then he basically asked in not so many words for a tip for taking our luggage up it was awkward because we were like.. we could have taken our own bags up .. and now you are standing there, telling us you did it for us and you want a tip.. not cool we just ignored it.

I recently stayed at this beautiful contemporary beach resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Kata, with everything you could possibly need just a few meters away from the resort. The pool access was lovely, providing a refreshing escape with easy access from our room. The beach was fantastic—clean, expansive, and perfect for a day of relaxation. I also appreciated the resort's commitment to protecting the environment, especially their initiative to provide glass bottled water instead of plastic. The lobby was stunning, setting the tone for the entire stay. The decor throughout the resort was on point, with a perfect blend of Thai contemporary style that added to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and environmentally-conscious stay in Kata!

there were a few aspects that could be improved. I ordered a pizza from the restaurant that was quite disappointing. I also had dinner at the restaurant once, and unfortunately, the service was not the best. Breakfast was quite generic and lacked Thai influence. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the nightly singing that continued until after 10 p.m. I didn’t come to the beach in Thailand to listen to ABBA covers. A light piano would have been much more appropriate for the location, or even better, no music at all to allow the soothing sound of the waves to take center stage.

The breakfast was large and varied. The rooms with access to the pool were good. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach. The location is great. There is an adjacent beach and you don't have to walk or cross the road to get to it. There are lots of sales stalls and a market with food stalls right in front of the hotel in addition to lots of varied restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy and more.

At breakfast there were many times that we waited for the food because they did not fill the food in time and we had to ask them to do so. At the beach you have to pay for the chairs. There is not really a bar inside the pool - although there are chairs and a place for a bar, but no one works there, even though the website says there is such a bar.

All about location. The beach is so close the pool clean and inviting. So close to restaurants shopping also laundries. ALL staff are friendly helpful and a joy to say hello to each morning. The tour lady at front Lobby organised a few trips for us. Delightful. The restaurant staff so happy and helpful, the lady/team that cleaned our room was a gem and deserves a shout out. Even with a headcold like I got she soldiered on. So friendly a real treat.

The bed is quite hard. Needs also to monitor mosquitoes they were very bad. Noise also from live music in Restaurant at nights could get quite loud. Our room was directly across from the main windows so I asked if they could be closed to dull down the noise was VERY LOUD. Was done once. Maybe something to consider.

Breakfasts are amazing. Have been coming here for years. Always clean, comfortable rooms, the best location and resort in Kata Beach, i believe..will continue to support this hotel.. Easy check in and check out. Loved our stay.

People puting their alarms on for 6am and throwing beach towels over the pool lounges to reserve and not coming back for hours. Just selfish behaviour. HOWEVER, the pool attendants are onto this and i LOVED watching them remove their belongings and seeing their faces when they came back hours later with people that actually DO want to sit and enjoy them all day. Well done staff ✅️ Also, keep even your small amount of change or anything of value in your SAFE in your room when you go out... so it doesn't go walkabouts 😒😒..

staff has very good service mind and very helpful. Front beach view is awesome.

It's almost perfect but drinking menu by the pool bar a little pissed me off. I looked at the menu and ordered pina colada, there's only one from what I saw, blended one. Btw, it turned out to be shaken one served and I didn't complain to change sice it's already made. The point was price different, the shaken one was more expensive. I could take the wrong order but not price, so I explained to the staff, but she said I hv ordered it wrong. If I didn't add 'frozen', I would get shaken one. But dear, picture in the menu is blended one and your menu wrote only Pina Colada... how can I know that? Anyway, it could be my false as she said menu has 2 sides. I will add picture so u guys could see it. Maybe they could make it more clear.

Big room, housekeeping came round everyday which was great.

Our room was booked as a deluxe Seaview and we were given a room on the ground floor which meant you only had a partial seaview. Request a higher floor when booking if you want a seaview. Also our room and corridor smelt a bit damp/musty may have been the air con. It didn’t spoil our stay though. It is a very big and busy hotel full of Russians.
