Exceptional service! The staff was attentive and aimed to care for you. They are kind to ensure a pleasant stay. There recommendations were exactly what we asked for. The property was spotless and extremely organized. This was our favorite accommodations.

Nothing not to like, wishe we stayed longer.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive and kind. We really felt at home. The hotel is right on the beach and within walking distance from several restaurants and shops. The room was large and comfortable. The common areas were pleasant and well maintained.

The only small downside in my opinion is that the hotel restaurant seemed a bit overpriced. However, there are several alternatives close by, for either lunch at the beach or dinner in town.

Food was good, service - excellent, just the overall location and set up was terrific. That is the hotel, then the pool, restaurant and lounge areas, then the beautiful Kata Beach and behind you was mini downtown with pretty much everything else you'd want right there :)

You can't change the size of the rooms - yea they seem a tad small, but there isn't much room there so it is what it is.

Drinks are a bit expensive

Loved the infinity pool and beach access. Not having to fight for sun chairs and umbrellas was really really nice while still having access to the beach

Food and drink prices were really spendy. Our AC went out and we had to transfer rooms. The new room was smaller, but came with pool access and a balcony that we didn't want, need, or use. It was offered as an upgrade due to the new room being priced more/night but the room and bathroom were significantly smaller and we really loved our original room. The square footage for the room was likely inclusive of the balcony.

- Clean and very spacious room with great AC, nice view to the patio and some views of the sea (despite our room not being a seaview room) - Comfortable bed with 3 different pillow options - The staff was very friendly - Complimentary water and fresh fruit at the pool was lovely - Fantastic à la carte breakfast, varied menu (Asian and Western options) - We really appreciated the late check-out possibility

The Boathouse is wonderfully located right on Kata Beach and close to some very good local restaurants.The terrace faces the beach and the bay. The staff were charming and cheerful and very helpful. Breakfast was great with a choice of local or western options.

We changed our room after 2 days because our view was blocked by a building. The bedroom was a bit small and the bathroom door design was not as private as it could be. Kata town itself is uninteresting.

What can I say? This is the Boathouse, probably the best hotel on Kata Beach and our favourite place to stay in Phuket. The freshly prepared breakfasts and dinners overlooking the beach, great facilities, helpful staff, pool set up, sunset views and beach location all add to the charm and pleasure of staying here. And let's not forget the fabulous food and beverages with great dining area. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with large comfortable beds and a decent TV selection for rainy days.

Our 3 day stay was too short!

Boutique heritage property with great size rooms, generous bathrooms and well serviced. Location is spectacular as the property has direct access to the beach. The property is in a cove area and if you do a return walk it’s only 3.7kms, then a relaxing swim in the ocean, walk straight back to the property for breakfast. Staff are always available to assist with beautiful smiles and nothing is difficult, their service is second to none. Loved the a la carte breakfast with plenty of fresh and tasty options…..the sunsets from the hotel are amazing!

Something to work on would be some lovely background music during the happy hour period and whilst dining.
