EXCELLENT location, rooftop terrace is nice to watch the sunrise. Check-in was very easy. Our balcony was huge! Room was pretty large also, large counter to place luggage + closet. Tons of bars and restaurants right at your doorstep, and beach is 5min or less walking. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great. If we had to say something, the bed felt sort of grainy when we check-in, as if there was sand or something, which made it feel less clean. Overall, bathroom and room could be upgraded a bit.

The bungalow is quiet, clean and adequate for the stay, with a good view. Nanny was super nice and caring. 2 bottled water are given every day. There's a 7-11 about 2 minute walk from the hotel entrance.

The hotel and bungalow is slightly a part from each other. It would be nice to have a map to show where the bungalow and hotel are located. The hotel is located beside a noisy road and noisy bar. The bungalow is many flights of stairs. It was okay for young people, but older people will have it more difficult getting to the bungalow. Or they could have a noisy hotel to stay in.

Value for money is great! We found clean towels and mats for beach use, which made us feel comfortable. We had a smart TV, where we could watch something at night after a long day in the sun. Fresh towels for personal use, plates, cups and daily water and tea were offered for free. There's everything we needed just by the hotel, massage, laundry, fruitshops, 7/11, pharmacy, bike rental. An entrance to the beach! Our room had a balcony which was a good extention to the room.

Fridge was a bit loud. Couldn't charge phones in the room while being outside.

We had a wonderful stay at Kata Beachwalk Hotel! Nanny and Bibi were fantastic hosts—super welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfy, with fresh towels available on request and beach towels provided daily. Just a quick 1-minute walk to the beach! The restaurant downstairs was a delight, serving delicious, high-quality food at great prices. A 7-Eleven is only 2 minutes away, and there are plenty of fresh fruit stands nearby. We highly recommend this gem! Thank you, Nanny and Bibi, for an unforgettable experience!

The hotel room itself was beautiful, so spacious with an extremely comfy bed, hot powerful shower and the balcony was huge with a rack to dry out clothes, perfect for a resort right next to the beach. Also we can’t thank the staff member on reception enough, Nanny we believe their name was, they initially let us call the bank with the reception phone as we left our bank card in the atm, and then phoned them again on our behalf in the morning to check it for us, even offering to drive us there! We got our bank card back that same afternoon and it just showed the care that they have for the customers. Huge thank you, would definitely come again, all for such a cheap price too!

We are on leisure trip, Kata Beachwalk Hotel is value for money as we just need a clean & convenient accommodation. We arrived airport 2130 hrs and reached the Kata around 2230 hrs. The staff is waiting for us and they are very friendly. It just need to walk 3 mins to the beach and the Phuket Smart bus route is along the street as well. You can just spend 100 baht per person board the bus can enjoy the view along the Karon & Patong beach. The most important is the 7-11 also just need to walk 3 mins, min 200 baht spend and paid by credit card. Grab food also another choice for you to discover the cheap and delicious local Thai food. Definitely will stay with Kata Beachwalk Hotel if we visit the Phuket, cheers and Happy New Year!

It is good property. Location is good and 2 minutes walk from beach, good cafes and restaurants around, pharmacy shops and super/mini markets around Reception is friendly. They provide daily water bottles, you can get beach towels from reception for free and return after use. Bed was comfortable AC was good Overall good property and will recommend as value for money

Towels provided in room could be more cleaner/whit Cleanliness can be improved. Bear in mind, you will need 2 or may be 3 flights of stairs( if your room on top) and there is no lift, so if you use wheel chair or have restricted mobility with regards to stairs, then you have to take this factor into account

I booked this very last minute because my hotel in Karon was very noisy at night and I couldn't sleep and I had to find somewhere new immediately. I messaged kata beachwalk hotel after making the booking requesting the quietest room they had. I arrived almost 2 hours before check in time and they kindly let me check in and because of my request they upgraded me to a bungalow where the staff said was very very quiet. They were so kind and after an awful first night in Phuket in the other hotel, they really brightened my day (and holiday!) the bungalow was big and spacious, the bed was comfortable. It's not super luxurious (the shower is a wet room rather than a separate shower and toilet) but if you're looking for peace and quiet, amazing staff and to be near the beach (2 mins walk!) but away from lots of tourists and busyness this is perfect. They also let me check out an hour later which was great for my late flight. They provide beach towels too which was a great touch.

Nothing! It was lovely from start to finish!

Perfect location. Everything was as described, working, not broken. Great view from the roof where you can relax under the sun. Great and helpful staff. You can take extra towels and laying "playd" for the beach. Tea and coffee every day at room. It was more than we expected.

Little bit tricky way up to the entrance (climbing up), but it was not critical.
