Location first and foremost. The room was big and had a balcony overlooking the pool. Nice decor, they did try hard to give it the feel of a nautical theme. Loved the tap outside for cleaning feet from the sea!

Didn't get the room in time (an hour later than check in was supposed to be). They saw I was upset and there was no compensation offered. Staff is nice but don't speak English so well. Cleaned the room but forgot to give toilet paper.

Large comfortable bed, bath that opens out to bed/TV area, walk in shower. Lovely breakfast with a wide range of selection. Room service very good. Wonderful staff - very kind and helpful. 24 hour desk - staff answered to requests throughout the night. Also prepared our rooms a few hours earlier than usual check in time as we arrived in Phuket early in the morning - this was really appreciated as we were shattered having travelled for 24 hours. Air conditioning was ideal. Less than 5 min walk to Karon beach which is beautiful. 2 min walk from range of restaurants and small shops. Great value for money. Nice relaxed atmosphere. 5 min drive from Karon Viewpoint. 20 min drive from Big Buddha. My dad enjoyed a few drinks in the hotel lobby each evening, and enjoyed the company of the staff who were very friendly and welcoming.

Had an issue with a smell in one of our rooms however when brought to attention of staff, I was moved to another room straight away. Sunbathing area quite small and shaded.

The staff were amazing and helpful, the poolside room was my favourite, large bed if you're not use to hard mattresses then you're out of luck good for the back though. The buffet style breakfast was fantastic an assortment of hot and cool food. I Recommend waffles, and the pineapple juic .. Room service was also tasty. 5 min walk to Kata beach down side street and through open air restaurant. Kata beach is nice. Shops are restarts are close. If you Catch the blue bus from the airport you will get dropped off at the centre of Kata town ship you will have to walk about 10mins also the hotel is on hill so a slight incline to walk up. Overall an amazing stay.

My shower really needed a good scrub because there was mould build up on the grout and the glass screen had extreme calcium and lime scale build up as well as hair left from previous occupants. I didn't complain because everything else in my stay cancelled the shower out plus I just scrub it myself 🤙

The hotel was less than three or four minutes walking from Kata Beach and located just off of the main road. I could see a sliver of the beach from my room and I imagine there’s an even better view on the higher floors. You could probably walk to Kata Noi Beach from the hotel, but the hotel was on a hill so it would be a little bit of a climb in the hot sun so I didn’t even bother to try. The staff were friendly and surprised me with a pool access room upgrade at check-in. They were very helpful even with matters not directly involved with the hotel. My room was spacious and the air conditioning worked very well, almost too well sometimes. The pool, even though I didn’t use it, was nice to look at and I liked that there was a fitness center alongside it.

The bathroom was a little dated and smelled a bit musty, and because the bathroom is separated from the room by a sliding slatted door type of thing, the smell permeates into the room which wasn’t always pleasant. Breakfast was not good… I only ate breakfast there once even though it was included in my reservation. I was initially impressed by the dessert table until I saw all of the little fruit flies floating around and resting on the pastries. I tried to make toast and the toaster launched my bread a good foot in the air and landed on the table (thankfully). There were Belgian-style waffles but all of the toppings were straight up fruit syrups and no maple syrup which I would have preferred.

The hotel was in a really good location in between the quieter Kata Noi beach and the main Kata beach. I had a pool view room with balcony and saw the main beach. There were lots of conveniences nearby like 7-11, currency exchange, pharmacy. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk into the main strip where all the restaurants are, with lots of massage places on the way. It felt safe to be out as there were always lots of other tourists too.

My room door was a bit faulty so when house cleaning left and shut my door, it was not properly locked so anyone could have just went it. The problem was quickly rectified by the hotel. There were barely any TV channels in English and those that were were usually sports related games/ matches. Only a bit of an issue when wanting to chill in the room with some background noise.

Huge room - it was OK to stay 3-4 person easily. Cool smell of shower gel and shampoo. Location at 5 minutes by foot from the beach. Breakfast looks and smell nice as well (my stay did not include breakfast).

Internet available at 1st floor only near reception. AC was not the best, required to clean.

The hotel was very well located. Less than 5 minutes walk to Family Mart and Kata Beach, also surrounded by many restaurants. The staffs are beyond nice and friendly (especially the gentleman at the reception and the trainee lady). The rooms was sparkling clean, we also got a complimentary upgrade to the pool access room. The breakfast was lovely decorated and delicious. We will definitely go back again for sure!

Hotel is in excellent location close to the beach (approximately 3min by foot). You'll find 7-11 store just a few minutes away as well as restaurants and bars for any liking. Breakfast here is better than a lot of 5 star hotels we've been to- highly recommended to pay extra for it. Our room was on the 4th floor with an amazing view to the city and the ocean. Very spacious with a shower and a bath + balcony.

- Faucet was leaking, though the water didn't make any sound. - Room wasn't cleaned on any of the 3 days we stayed there for some reason

The hotel is located in a nice quiet area but everything right from money exchange, laundry services , restaurants, convenience stores etc are just below the hotel. Tried the food in their onsite restaurant and it was delicious . The staff is extremely welcoming and co-operative. Rooms are extremely clean with daily housekeeping.

At the breakfast buffet, sonetimes the names of the dishes are not mentioned which makes it difficult for people with dietary restrictions ( e.g. no pork no beef) to try the dishes.

Front desk receptionists are very friendly and very helpful. Hotel rooms are clean and cozy.

Some hotel rooms belcony views are not the best. One of our rooms belcony is facing the building wall , can not see any nice views. Also hotel breakfast staffs are not so friendly. It’d be good if they put a smile of their face.
