The view was amazing and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Amenities were great. Overall was a lovely stay.

There was a woodlouse in the breakfast buffet one morning and not much variation in the buffet. The toilet was also a bit backed up and smelt. We weren’t aware of the shuttle to the bus and that would have been helpful to know.

Clean and nicely designed

The staff are so rude and we had to use to much stairs to get the room as the elevators not reaching all the buildings plus the staff using the golf car only for bags while they can using it for getting us to the fas walking room but badly they refused and apparently the customers are not their first priority at all

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful pool! The team there were so friendly and helpful, especially Game and Tom! Our room was great with a really comfy bed and fab air conditioning. Breakfast was great with huge range of choices. The location was great however, as in other reviews the hill is tough in the heat! Wouldn’t stop me staying again but might be tricky for anyone with mobility issues.

Breakfast and all facilities were incredible. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The front desk was open 24/7. So when my wife and I had to check out at 4:45am, they were there, and even had us a taxi ready to take us to the airport, plus a free takeaway breakfast! Would so stay again!!

As it is up on a steep hill, more frequent shuttle services between the hotel and beach would have been great. I previously stayed at the next hotel up the hill, and they had a shuttle every 30mins. Sis Kata was only a few times per day.

lovely room! kept very clean by the lovely house keeper Jim :) very comfy bed. air conditioning was great. pool had lovely views just like the pictures. it was easy to get a sunbed in the morning. great breakfast with lots of choice. close to the beach and lots of food places.

it is up a very steep hill, if you have mobility issues I would not recommend as you would need to have a scooter/taxi ride up the hill. If you can walk the hill then that’s great as it’s very close to the beach and all other amenities. You could hear the road very loudly from our room. our mirror was stained with black (small thing) but things like this could be rectified to increase the rating.

- The location was really good, very close to kata beach and walking distance to Karon beach too - the staff were very polite and couldn’t do enough for you - the pool area was very nice and clean and never too busy (with great views) - the room was nicely designed and we appreciated the use of a beach bag and dressing gowns - views from the hotel were amazing - showers to use after checking out before travelling

- it was a little pricy for the food/drinks at the hotel - there was a few days where our towels etc were not replaced and housekeeping had not been in - the hotel is at the top of a short steep hill with part of it being without a path, it was manageable for us but it would be a struggle for anyone with mobility difficulties - the toilet in the room is not particularly private as it has more of a frosted screen shower door than an actual door

we loved our stay at the sis. the room was amazing. the pool is one of the best I’ve seen. the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. the room was modern and well cleaned. the location is a perfect distance to kata beach.

only complaint and more of a warning, the property is up a very steep hill with no foot paths or proper access.

Overall design of the resort is nice. Toilet bowl comes with strong tornado flush which is good. Bed is big, clean room. Basic toiletries such as shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner are provided. Shower gel & shampoo got lemongrass smell. Walking distance to kata beach. Hotel Made arrangement for wedding anniversary decorations.

No toothbrush, kettle provided. Toilet and showering room is separated and the lights are blue which feels abit weird. TV channel limited. Nearby only got family mart, no 711. The slope up to our room abit tiring. Was assigned a level 1 partial Seaview room facing the swimming pool directly, feels kinda awkward to stay in the jacuzzi as people at the pool can see us. Requested for late checkout but resort unable to extend for us due to lots of incoming guests. Received the receptionist call at 1145am reminding us to check out by 12nn. Feels a little upset over this as it feels like we are being chased away.

Pool area and the view were fantastic. Great spot to enjoy the sunset. The breakfast buffet was great, as was the service. Tom in the pool bar was great at making us feel welcome.

Ordered a pina colada and it was terrible. Couldn't really use the spa bath on our balcony as we got 100% of the afternoon sun so it was too hot. Could only see a sliver of the sea from our room so not a real sea view.

Swimming pools were exceptional, and the views absolutely breathtaking. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The grounds, facilities and rooms were beautiful, clean and modern.

Better internet connectivity, I had to log in several times a day, otherwise it worked well. I could not connect to any streaming services or screen mirror with the television in my room, but then again - not in the room long enough that it was a big problem.
