Awesome Stay at M Social Hotel Phuket – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I hadn’t been back to Phuket since 2019, so it was great returning and staying at the M Social Hotel. Check-in was super professional and quick, which set a great tone for the stay. We stayed in the Sunkissed Signature Room with pool access (room 1454). The only downside was that the room was a bit far from the lift, but honestly, everything else was fantastic. The beds were amazing—I requested a hard bed and pillows, and they totally delivered. I slept like a baby! One of the coolest things was the AI tool in the room that controlled everything—from lights to making calls and even answering simple questions. I’d never seen that in a hotel before, and it was awesome to use. The pool was perfect for relaxing and swimming, and breakfast had a great spread with plenty of options. The TV had a solid selection of news, sports, and entertainment channels, which was a nice touch. The staff were wonderful—attentive, friendly, and spoke excellent English. Everyone from the check-in counter to the breakfast waitresses made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Another big plus is the hotel’s location. It’s connected to Jungceylon Mall, making shopping and grabbing groceries from Big C super convenient. Plus, there’s a 7-11 nearby for quick snacks and essentials. I only stayed for three nights but will definitely come back for a longer stay next time. Highly recommend M Social Hotel Phuket if you want a comfortable, modern place with great amenities and a fantastic location!

The only thing I didn’t love was that our room (1454) was quite a bit farther from the lift than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but having a room closer to the elevator would have been more convenient.

We had a mishap with another hotel which led us to book this 30 mins before arriving at this hotel, everything happens for a reason because n social hotel was a blessing in disguise. It was beautiful, the staff were friendly and accommodating for what happened to us at another hotel and we upgraded to a suite which was huge and amazing!! Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for the last part of our 3 week holiday. It was connected to the shopping centre and amongst all the other shops and restaurants/bars and also Bangla walking street and the beach, you couldn’t hear anything from outside the hotel which was great. The breakfast was nice too. The pizzas at the pool were INCREDIBLE !!!!

Nothing it was all amazing

The property is established inside the Jancy-Lang Shopping Mall about 250 meters from the beach and literally across the famous "Bangla" street. The location could not be more perfect or more safe. The property is new. The buildings are great interior design, bars and pool stable set within an open floor plan across the lobby with live bank music every night. The rooms are excellent and super clean. Housekeeping is very good. I did not try the breakfast. The rooms are equipped with Smart AI controls that you speak out to for execution of various activities. Like "call lobby front desk" , "light off" etc.. The bathrooms are clean, with excellent finishing and modern design. Above all, and very importantly, as a business traveler with world experience, I want to emphasize the bedding is "super" comfortable. The mattress is perfect, not too soft, and the covers are not so thick. You wont be sweating in bed as we do in so many hotels. The Air Conditioning is truly efficient with great climate control. There were days i didn't want to get out of bed. This hotel offers excellent value for money. Given its a very large establishment with a great Open pool that lets lots sun in, i think it will be fully sold out (all the time) and eventually the prices will go higher. Right now, its excellent value for money. (check-in time could be a little faster) Much recommended. Thank you

The staff was so helpful with every little detail. everything was nice and clean, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is coming to Phuket

The M Social hotel is in a perfect location to be away from noisy activities and with direct access to the shopping mall. Front desk staff were friendly but staff in the pool side were not present.

Location and cleanliness

I love everything about M Social starting with their signature welcome gelato. The room was spacious with a cozy bed, huge soaking tub and a semi private pool access with a cabana which was amazing! The room service was excellent along with the international buffet breakfast. The spa was another highlight of my stay, not to mention being connected to the huge Jungceylon mall and surrounded by many local shops and restaurants. Customer service was paramount here and they were able to provide every request, without hesitation! I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

What’s not to like? I did encounter slow draining in the shower which was fixed within 10 mins of calling the front desk. Also had a few ants get into the room and they immediately came to spray upon leaving for breakfast and there were no other issues. Iron and ironing boards are provided upon request.

Location. New n clean. Efficient. Access connect to jungceylon malls.

Swimming pool too crowded. No gym. Breakfast can be crowded too but manageable by efficient staffs. Breakfast is good. Room sound proof not the best cos still can hear some working / renovating noise even past midnight n next door children playing n talking late night. But all will eventually quiet.

The staff are so friendly and helpful the rooms are very nice and comfy. Location is 10/10 Overall it's a very nice hotel to stay and the breakfast is as good as I have had in any other hotel.

Everything is brand new the whole place has been renovated to the absolute 10’s. I am honestly in shock about how amazing the whole experience was. I will come back and tell everyone about this
