Nice room, pool and facilities in general Good views in a very calm place - good for a romantic 3-4 days getaway

There is no privacy on private pool area, we had to upgrade our room to a bigger better with more privacy (double the cost) only then it was OK and comfortable - food at the resort is not the best, we experienced greasy and heavy/oily food in gen (breakfast and in-room dinning) - the Starbucks on the hilltop serves most sandwiches with ham/pork where 95% of customers are Muslim? In-room fridge did not cool beverages properly and ordering ice buckets takes long time

The rooms was excellent with privacy, and as per my request.

Last day of my stay we forgot our bag in the buggy and some amount of cash was taken off the bag. I have requested packed breakfast for 12 persons which was paid, i have received only 7 boxes although i have seen the staff putting them in the car but when I reached airport there was only 7 boxes. Be careful about your belongings

The property was decorated beautifully. I also liked that paddle-boarding, cycling & kayaking were complimentary. Private plunge pool amazing. Staff very accommodating & helpful.

Wasn’t on the beach, but across from the bay. The cliff design was interesting but kind of impractical, had to be taken by (free) buggies everywhere. The cliff design & driving in buggy a little scary. Screen door design needs to be fixed because you can easily lock yourself out.

We stayed here after 5 days in a better located Hotel near Kata beach to give us a treat for two nights. The private pool is awesome. Normal and floating breakfast are very good and have a lot of variety. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is your spot. If you want to explore Phuket, I would look for another location.

Not for us: 1) As others mentioned the hotel is away from most attraction and famous beaches. 2) I would not recommend it for handicapped people or small children. You always have to go a couple of steps to get to your room. The pools don’t have any railing which is nice for photos. Kids could fall of the „cliff“ easily though.

almost everything was perfect

the privacy of the swimming pool is not good enough and your neighbor see and hear everything you say. they could have improved this by extending the partition between the swimming pools. Also the pool does not have ladder to get out easily from the pool. Fat people will suffer from this 😁

- I've been in hundreds of hotel restaurants around the world, and this restaurant is one of the worst. - pool doesn't have temperature control. - can't go around without a buggy. - My ankle got twisted so many times when get off the buggy. Also my wife had the same problem due to steep ground. - light switches are so confusing.

I loved everything about this place the staff are incredible so friendly and smiling love the facilities love the room also i forgot my wallet and phone in my room and they sent a driver to deliver it to the airport .. this experience was flawless thank you sinae hotel will come back soon♥️🤍

Lovely rooms, and decor. Liked that they had fridges in room. We liked that the hotel was on a hillside, & used buggy to transport guests around. Breakfast choice good. Rooms with pools nice, though privacy an issue. I loved the communal pool in front of the Spa- although not huge it was perfect for me, as only me there. used on a number of occasions.

Noisy neighbours until 1am for 2 nights of our stay- they had friends round and were very loud in pool area- we weren’t happy. Reception informed, & sent security round on 2nd night. Disturbed sleep by stray dogs barking in the middle of the night, that were on the car park situated at the side of our room. Room pool not private. Glad we had a hire car as location quite remote, & not much around. car park needs some TLC! No clean beach for guests to use.
