Very nice and varied breakfast, except for the scrambled eggs which were frankly very bad, almost liquid with lumps, instead of creamy and soft (they should send someone for a scrambled egg course). Having known Turkey for decades, I also missed some traditional Turkist specialities, though I recognise they may not be to the taste of most tourists. The Restaurant (which doubles as breakfast room) has an AWSOME view and is very comfortable. Service is 5 star (providing you can get a waiter's atention). Food very expensive, not less than $40-$50 for a proper meal for 1 person. The rooms are very comfortable and and 99% soundproof. Air conditioning works perfectly. Very nice entrance lounge, and even a modern Turkish bath in the basement.

A terrible thing are the 'modern' Grohe bathroom appliances which are becoming the norm in many Hotels. The double shower is terrible, you always get cold water when switching; there is no wall fixation for the hand shower head if you choose to use it instead of the fixed overhead shower, and the shower drain is smelly because it lacks a proper syphon. The shiny floor of the bathrom and the shower is very slippery. This problem is NOT specific to this hotel; all the appliances are new and state-of-the-art; it's a problem of 'modern' design that simply doesn't work properly and can even be dangerous for elderly people. They should have grab bars installed inside the shower cabins, as minimum precaution.

Blue mosque and Aghia Sophia view from the breakfast floor. Parking available in front of the hotel if you ask without extra money. They changed me every day euro to lira with correct rate and without comission. They also upgraded my room.

This Modern boutique hotel .Located in a quiet side street. Is only a quick 3 minute walk to the site of the original Byzantine Roman Hippodrome. Which is now a large open piazza, in front of the beautiful 'Blue Mosque'. And the superb Hagia Sophia Museum & Visitor centre. With great views from the Rooftop restaurant.

The Breakfast buffet ,located on the Rooftop restaurant .Was not up to typical western presentation standards. With unrefrigerated, diary containing foods on display. In a non-airconditioned room.

Location is BEST! walking distance from all Istanbul attractions from Sultanahmet area. Definitely the view to the mosque is unique. Breakfast was very good and offering what I wanted. People are very friendly and customer oriented ( but this is valid for all hospitality workers in Turkye, to be honest).

Sound proof. I was staying in a room at 5th floor and one night I had very noisy neighbors. There were 3-4 in the room speaking and laughing very loud and it was annoying. This is not personnel ‘s fault ( tourists needs to behave where they go outside their own hones), but some investment in sound proof would help.

Great location with spectacular view from the rooftop. In the middle of everything and yet in a peaceful location. They serve turkish tea and flavored water in the lobby. Also, we received everyday complementary bottles of water.

I would have preferred to receive a room for 2 persons, not 3 as the third bed occupied a significant part of the room. I would love to have newer, softer towels as I received one that was torn. Also, being in the old part of the city, I was expecting a traditional turkish breakfast, not buffet.

In general, everything was quite satisfactory. I particularly appreciate how the trend towards European standards is making its way into Turkey. This is evident in the introduction of contactless payments and a reduction in the chances of encountering service provider deception. As for the hotel, there are no significant remarks to be made. It was pleasing to see that the staff was diligent in assisting guests and exhibited a high level of friendliness. The rooms were impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious for Istanbul standards.

However, the pillows were notably uncomfortable and overly high. Additionally, the prices listed on the rooftop bar menu seemed to fluctuate regularly, resulting in potential surprises when settling the bill. The dry cleaning service also proved to be quite expensive for a hotel. It's worth mentioning that the requirement for cash payments for hotel taxi services and dry cleaning raised several inquiries and inconveniences.

perfect location in the center and meantime quiet area, walking distance to all the historical seighseings. The hotel has a modern design, friendly staff, an amazing view from the rooftop where the breakfast area and fantastic SPA services!

the breakfast wasn't as good as I expected, not big variety and not so delicious. Also the cleaning staff was trying to enter the room while I was inside a few times which is unacceptable cos you must have your privacy in the room.

This hotel is located right next to the square. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. My request to shift the arrival date was welcomed and even i was offered an upgrade to the deluxe room. The roof top restaurant had astonishing views of old Istanbul and breakfast was awesome. It is definitely a must stay place in my list for future trips.

Would like to have softer pillows. When requested for pair of spoons and forks, they totally forgot it. And never brought it.

The property it’s located perfectly, walking distance to a lot of important things. The staff was very nice and helpful. I booked tours and transportation through the hotel and everything was great. It has a convenient restaurant with a very nice view..

The rooms are extremely small bathroom needs a little bit of update. The bedding wasn’t very comfortable. My room had no view.
