Easy accessibility. Helpful staff. Decent restaurant food: good menu choice at dinner and plenty of variety for breakfast buffet.. Generally pleasant ambiance. Reasonable value.

Bedroom was a little too warm. Bed clothes were too heavy for summer season. Some wear and tear in room - chipped windowsill, worn carpet edges. Flimsy paper cups in bedroom instead of proper glass water beakers.

Lovely stay in Campanile Carcassonne. Room was very clean, hotel staff were extremely helpful and the pool was lovely. Location is about a 10-15 minute mostly flat walk from the Medieval City with the old town and Canal du Midi about another 10 minute walk from there. It's a lovely lace to walk around. We got a taxi to the Lac de la Cavayère (€20). Taxi from the airport was €25.

It was as expected and suited us well. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and found the meal fine. There was parking on site.

The buffet reastaurant was great , the breakfast food was ok. Very comfy beds , lots of parking spaces. There was air conditioning in the room, good for the hot weather.

The room and pool size could be bigger .

Although the pool wasn't too big, it was perfectly mantained and gave us many good times in such a scorching place as Carcassonne in full summer.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Medieval city within walking distance so didn't need to take the car.

Location easy to find & hotel vey well maintained.

But very disappointed after driving some 8 hrs and arriving 7pm ish the restaurant was closed and non close by. Couldn’t even offer us a sandwich but managed full buffet breakfast the following morning which we declined! Stayed Campanile in Perpignan beginning of Jan & had lovely evening meal.

Breakfast is pretty standard, nothing special. The room was good. Two supermarkets nearby - Aldi and Lidl, and McDonald's, also a good meat restaurant - Buffalo.

The hotel staff members I encountered were cheerful and helpful from check-in through check-out. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The location was easily accessible by car and there were a lot of parking slots.
