It is centrally located and pretty much everything was within walking distance. Living up to Ibis standards, the room was clean with a comfortable bed and well use of the small space with hooks on the wall for coats/clothes and useful shelf above the table to make up for lack of space in the room. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They provide parking in the parking garage in the building across the street for EUR11 per night. They also serve breakfast in the hotel but we did not make use of this facility.

The room was small but it was not a problem for us as we came for a short 2 nights stay. If you have large suitcases, it will be a challenge.

We had a great stay at the Ibis hotel. If you only need a space to stay over, this is a perfect option. We literally only slept there and rather enjoyed the city. The rooms are very small, but perfect for what we needed. If you intend to spend time in your room, I'd recommend booking a bit more spacious room. It was very clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast the morning, also a nice continental option. Convenient to have luggage storage available. Highly recommended!

Nothing. You get what you're booked and paid for. Met our expectations completely! Might recommend a slightly comfier pillow, however I should've asked before complaining.

The hotel is very conveniently located as its just a few minutes away by foot to the center of Colmar. The hotel was calm and the rooms comfortably sized and rather quiet. Free coffee is available throughout the afternoon.

The "petit-déjeuner exprès" is a bit over-priced for what is offered. The viennoiseries are very small and you are limited to two of them.

We travelled with our small, 9kg dog. We usually stay at AirBnbs but gave Ibis a try. OMG he was so welcomed! We brought his bad and he passed out in the room for the whole night. The next morning he was under the table at all times during breakfast. We did get a weird look from a guest but the staff was ok with it.

I don't think there is anything that should be improved. In an overall it was a very pleasant stay. The fact that there is a parking lot in front of the hotel was also highly appreciated.

We arrived before checkin time during a heavy rain shower. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged for our rooms to be ready allowing us to change out of wet clothes. The rooms are fairly basic but have everything you need . The breakfast was fine with enough space to sit down without feeling rushed. There is parking outside The hotel is well located for main routes and the city centre area.

Great staff. Great attention to detail. Very clean and cute. We had two rooms one for my husband and I and one for our daughters. Great location at the end of the downtown. At the end of the you can have a glass of delicious Alsace Gewurztramminer. I recommend this place for the value.

We were traveling by bicycle and they had a secure, covered bicycle parking space. The location, just on the edge of the old town is perfect for walking to explore or to reach restaurants. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They had gluten-free bread and madelines available.

Pretty lobby and nice room. Comfy bed. Staff was very friendly.

Air conditioner wouldn’t cool the room down. We had no control over it. When we talked to staff about it, they went into a room to ‘fix’ it from their end, but it still didn’t work.

Great friendly and helpful check-in. Small double but nicely done, very modern and a lovely shower. Parking is right in front of the hotel and we were advised that as it was Sunday, the main car park was free until 9 am on Monday or we could park in the Ibis bays with a charge of 10€ until later on the Monday. Breakfast was great, lots of choice.

Good location close to old town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar in reception to purchase drinks. Good value for money

No surface in room for suitcases, room very compact. Hotel very busy so getting a seat for breakfast very difficult as area extremely small.
