Everything was spotlessly clean.Easy walking distance into La Rochelle. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great value at 10.95 more than enough choice, even got tokens to use for drinks for the days we did not have the room serviced .Safe car park , booking advised as it can get busy. Aircon was a welcome bonus as weather was good. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was really basic and the view of the car park not spectacular but as it worked out that didn't matter as overall the stay was excellent.

The location of the hotel is not far from my main destination in La Rochelle. It is well served by public transport and there is plenty of parking if you come by car.

The ventilation system didn't work properly. It was necessary to open the window every two hours to get fresh air. If I did not open the window every two hours, my CO2 ppm sensor was in red. Adjusting the ventilation control panel didn't really help.

Minimalistic room. But as was expected. Had a big balcony, but no furniture to sit out there. Clean room and beds were comfortable. Staff were very nice. Great location near maritime museum and walking distance to lies of restaurants. Carrefour 2 mins walk also.

No furniture on balcony. No shower curtain or shower door. Coffee was poor quality.

Ideal location - close but not too close to the centre of La Rochelle. - a pleasant 10 minute walk throuh the tourist areas of the harbour. Secure parking for my motorcycle. Is it just my imagination or are B&B Hotels getting better. The meals, accommodation and staff service were all very good. My stay was excellent value, in my opinion.

The room is comfy, clean and has all the basics. Perfect for a solo traveller. Location is also very ok, 15 min walking to the city center.

The staff was quite unfriendly when I arrived. My French is not so good, so I tried my best, but I felt the receptionist did not put any effort into being polite or trying to speak English (or slower French), which was surprising to me as I was in a hotel where I expected the reception to be able to communicate better (or at least politely try).

It was clean, had all the things we needed and was in a great location! The staff were very kind (we booked super last minute due to a cancelled flight!) and couldn’t have been nicer about everything. They even let us borrow an adapter for the evening too.

Good location with parking close to major attractions and within walking distance to downtown. Very clean, comfortable beds, great staff (especially Typhaine who was sweet and really accomodating), excellent breakfast (English style), definitely great value for that price.

The 3rd bed blocks the way to the bathroom- you can't open it without hitting the bed and disturbing the person sleeping

The hotel was clean and modern. There was good WiFi in the bedroom. It had an en-suite shower room and a hairdryer. The man at reception was so helpful when I arrived. He spoke perfect English and gave me a map, circling areas for me. It is approx 15 minutes walk from Vieux Port. However, there are restaurants next to the hotel, if you don't want to walk to Vieux Port! I would recommend this hotel.

The skirting boards could have been wiped down as they were full of accumulated dust/material, the breakfast whilst being continental in style had sausage(not cooked) bacon (not cooked)scrambled egg(not cooked through) coffee was good an the croissant also. Not being able to book in until 14:00. This being constructive criticism only.

Convenient for my needs.

Could have done with a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cool in the heat. The sheets were not changed daily.
